As an introvert, yes, I do often crash after long meetings or especially days where I am working with someone in the lab. I'm teaching a class over zoom this semester, and that has been interesting. I don't mind it in general, but for me I need the break afterwards for my eyes not my ears. So I go look out my windows and see if I can see any cute animals or nice clouds. I'm waiting for spring when I can actually go for quick walks during the day and won't freeze. Congratulations again on how well your album is already doing. And yes, I think you have done a lot towards it doing so well. It had been an investment in work done over many years. p.s. I've been pleased with the things I have ordered from Yoseka Stationery if you haven't heard of them. Their story in Brooklyn looks nice.

Don't sign CD's with a ballpoint anything. It has to be a felt tip. Otherwise, the ballpoint will dent the foil that has the ones and zeros of the music on the disk.....
Do you have adhd? It's not a big deal if you do, not judging. I have it, and it seems like you may as well. But if you do, you should definitely talk to a doctor about treatment, it can help a ton!
I don't feel she has it. It's just her being pretty preoccupied here and excited about many things happening as her album release date nears. If you also watched her previous video, she showed a lot of patience as a kid playing the piano. However, we shouldn't speculate about things like this as much as possible though. We're in no position to assess.
