    As soon as you read that "gotcha clause" at the top of the "worksheet", especially if you have no obvious physical disability, you might as well go no further! They clearly don't want people to pass.

    ATF needs to be sued out of existence.

      They have become an agency of how to criminalize law abiding citizens instead of what they were intended.

    Actually you can have 6 points and still be legal. The 4 points only apply to each of part 2 and part 3. You can have 3 points in each and still be ok. Also a red dot without a magnifier is ok as it has unlimited eye relief.

      Some of the dumbest cowboy logic I've ever heard, I'd pay $500 you hear your lawyer use that excuse in front of a judge and prosecutor, you'd get an extra 5 year just for being stupid enough to try it in a court of law.🤣🤣🤣🤣

    They're hoping to get a buttload of money from all the people that register them. Millions of SBRs at $200 each is a lot.
    If you have the cuff type and you took the strap off or the strap doesn't go around your Popeye forearms, you're not using it as a brace and you're probably shouldering it.
    If you have a scope with only a couple inches of eye relief your not fiing it one handed, you're probably shouldering it.
    Either way, you basically have an SBR that doesn't have the $200 stamp. They just want their money.

      Exactly. In the end this is all about money. let's throw a number out there. let's say, I don't know, 65 million people have SBRs...times that by $200 each...

    They are making the problem way bigger and they don’t even realize it 🤦‍♂️

    • @RustyGuns
      @RustyGuns  3 года назад +3

      Yeah it's definitely a huge hornets nest. And will end up taking years to resolve because it will take a supreme court ruling unless we can stop it now.

    If the overall length of the gun is over 26 inches . Is it still legal?

    • @RustyGuns
      @RustyGuns  3 года назад

      26 is the minimum overall length for rifle. Anything shorter is considered an sbr

    All American should exercise their Second Amendment. 22 caliber is a great way to start. Fun!
