Hey man, just so you know I bought 2 streamlight models (Pro Tac 1AA and Microstream) in 2016. The switch of the Microstream wore out. I sent the Microstream to the Streamlight company (with no receipt) and they sent me a brand new Streamlight Microstream flashlight about 2 weeks later, no charge. I am for ever a Streamlight customer. Now that's customer service !! :)

I came here to figure out what the strap is for. That’s neat, not sure if I’m going to use but I’m trying it out on my belt for now, thanks!

AAA power is marginally acceptable to me, my favorite pocket light is the LED Lenser P5, single AA.
It seems family and friends picked up on my flashlight addiction, and over the last few years I've received a few as gifts. Sadly, each one of them were "fancy" boutique style lights and powered by the small LR44 button cells. I've never used them simply because of the battery arrangement.
What I think is missing from the market is single 18650 cell types, you can get a lot of energy out when you need it, or trickle along for days with light levels suitable for reading and whatnot.
Best of luck with the channel.
