which version of Helix you own? Floor, LT, other... because from hardware point of view and durability there IS a difference between Floor and LT. For example a lot of LT users complain about issues with expression pedal BUT it is very unlikely to hear someone with Floor to complain about this because the construction of the pedal is made way much better.
