Saya masih memainkan FM23. Pada bagian staf kepelatihan, Director of football saya tidak ada, mengapa bisa seperti itu? Sedangkan yang saya lihat di beberapa video RUclipsr, ada. Technical Director ada. Saya bingung dengan hal ini.
Tip 6. If your youth coaches suck. Head on over to training and hit ‘Units’ there you can add youth players to the first team training without actually moving them into the first team. They’ll still get games in the under 21/18 while training with the first team!
Amazing tip thank you sir! I've been trying to get a top level U21 coach but it's basically impossible, this is exactly what I needed for my Villa save
I signed a bunch of wonderkids in a Leicester save. Went invincible in the championship and won the FA Cup and then proceeded to get UCL football in my 2nd season. The likes of Velasco, Konate, Nagalo, and especially Kjaergaard were absolutely sublime. Thanks for the recommendations in your earlier vids!!!
Top tip: Do not welcome them if the welcoming player has a worse personality or lower determination than them. It is bugged and they end up replicating all lf the hidden stats of the welcoming player. You 20 determination model citizen player will become a 11 determination spirited player if they are welcome by one. It has ruined so many of my wonderkids. Edit: This has been fixed and no longer works
Is that why my vanderson lost 3 determination. I though it was because I praised an 8.3 match performance and he thought, right then ima down gear if that was good enough 😂 Edit: does this work the other way round if your welcoming player has really good hidden stats and high determination?
How do folks balance loaning players out with having enough homegrown players to play in Europe? I find this is a particular problem when you start a save in the lower divisions.
Great video! Should also be carefull with player traits since player traits also count for the total number in CA and PA. Therefor player traits which you wouldnt want on a player are hampering there development. Without them his attributes could be even higher.
Wish he would state what he is clicking on to get to certain screens. So frustrating when you try to follow and end up on a screen that's different to the one he gets. At 58 seconds he shows a screen that lists youth facilities - I don't get that. Edit: Ah he mentions afterwards he is using another skin
Question: if you choose say, a striker to mentor a centre back who has striker like traits, can he pass those traits to the CB mentee? Cos ideally, you wouldn't want that.
Surely with your u21's having senior coaches with good "working with youngsters" stats among others is better than having u21 coaches simply because the quality is far better as a senior coach than an u21's one, same goes for u21's coaches for u18's. U21 coaches at top quality are hard to come by as most want to move up to senior so they're almost like a step below. They should really add a preference to u21/18 coaching for coaches or have a separate condition/filter for them.
FM24 consol you can now only do individual training for ppl in your first team which means I can’t mold my youth team unless I promote them all to first team 😢
I’ve got a youth player at 2 star 5 potential I played him 12 games (he’s only 16) he performed well with 7 goals 4 assists from midfield. Yet his potential has dropped to 2 star 4 star baffles me
Ignore the stars they mean nothing, that players potential is still exactly the same as it was before the good run of form. Ignore the stars for current ability too. Use your eyes to see who has genuinely better stats thats what matters
Payer over 21 will develop slowly like +1 per year on a couple of stats. Sometimes they just won't have the time to get to their full potential. You have to judge to see if you have enough time to get him to reach full potential. Some of them are just too late tho
Question. Should I keep some 18+ wonder kids youth players at the club if I might need them to play occasionally, or would that hamper their growth compared to getting sent on loan and getting more consistent playing time? If it’s better to loan them out, should I be relying on older squad players for depth rather than my youngsters?
I saw on another video it's best to give them competitive game time, so you are better off loaning them out to a club they will do well in with good facilities if they aren't good enough for the first team straight away. The sweet spot is 20-30 games a season for peak development
you also have squad personality, if I buy players for 1st u21 or u18 teams i always try to get personalities with really high professional, and good media handling styles ( model professional, professional, fairly professional, model citizen, reserved, unflappable etc) and after some time you will have a squad personality like highly professional and all the players in the squad will slowly gain professionalism all the time (not as fast as mentoring so still do that) but with this method you can get a lot of professional players.
Offer him a new contact. Sounds daft but it works, when he signs a deal then you list him for loan and offer him out he’ll be happy to go and clubs will flood in.
Spam friendly matches for U-19 and team B/C. My youth players got many offers and NT call-ups after that. The negatives is your players become injured more often.
When sending young players out on loan don’t you have to make sure they go to clubs with at least good training facilities preferably better or has this changed with FM24?
18+ the most important thing is game time and player rating in that game time. So priority would be will they play, is it a good team (more likely to play better and get higher ratings at a better team), then look at training facilities. Good team bad facilities > bad team good facilities from what I’ve seen

In this way you add a crazy workload on your first squad coaches.

wow what tactic do u use?
@@bakuryu6754 i use the 4 2 2 2 and is brilliant for Leicester. 20 matches and 18 wins + 19 matches on goal + defeated Man UTD in Carabao Cup.

Lewis Pirie signed from my club Aberdeen by Leeds. Destined to score a lot of goals.
Heard great things about him, hoping it goes well with him for us 💙💛

What should I do for players already over 23, it seems really slow to develop them even tough I gave them maximum playing time?

Can i still use a FM24 save after the Big update in Januar or Februar 2024? I thought there werde problems in the past
What type of logos are used in this video?
what skin you use?
Thank you
You cant't mentor a player who's in your under 18 team. The young player need to be a part of the first team?
Yep move them into senior team, but available on U20 or U18 matches
You don’t have to enter them into the senior team. Go to training and units. Then add them to the senior training!
I have a player that I'd love to loan out but I absolutely get no offers. I offered to pay his salary too but nothing, any suggestions about this?
Give him game time. A good performance will spark interest

Hello, does anyone know this skins name?
Do players not grow as well after 21? Or have I took that out of context from your video
Peak growth is from 16-24
how'd you get that skin
How do i get the youth players to be mentored, they dont always appear even when i put them in the 1st team
Please, how can I get this skin?
