Muennig is the only American Architect I have ever seen who knows how to make the kitchen the center of the home. That's job one. Job two is not to put the bath next to the toilet. Bathing, cleansing oneself, and using the toilet are vastly different functions. Each deserves their own space, their own ethic, their own aesthetic. Muenning meets these requirements with ease and grace. He gets it.
What an incredible home. The only thing that could possibly make it better is direct water access. That would be quite a job given that long, steep descent!
Thank you for the lovely peek, to see these beautiful historic home. Might I humbly make a suggestion? We can hear what he is saying, so the camera should tour the home as he is speaking. But thank you for the peek.
A word to the Heinrich team. This is meant as helpful constructive criticism ! You and you team would do Much better by having as little narration at the beginning Or Even Better Yet None at all ! It takes up a Lot of Time, some of which few people are willing to spend ! A " Good House Sells itself " with sometimes " some Well Worded Captions " in the corner of a ceiling when seing a well designed room ! Trust me ! It's " Not what the Seller " wants to sell " to his customers that gets sold " ! It's what " the Customers Want to buy that Counts " !
I appreciate the narration. I want it. If you don't, turn off the volume. Too slow, speed up the video. Constructive criticism, Crayfish, take some responsibility for what pleases you and stop assuming others are like you. They are not. Only you know what pleases you, so don't expect the host to tend to you exclusively.
I can't hear him a lot of the time. You need someone that knows how to show the property to show this amazing place. I Only watched 3.5 minutes of this. What a shame.
This would be awesome if the camera guy could stop showing the moron guy chatting away, and instead show the darn property, all of it. Do a 360 or a 180 degree with the camera every so often, but stop showing the chatterhead, he's not the star of the show I presume. The property is what we all want to see but unfortunately the camera guy is in love with the babbling narrator and not the house. Anyhow, I made it 4 painful minutes into this video and I've had it. Ciao.
Amazing number of self-assigned experts offering advice. Perhaps they can show us how it done. I would love to see them do better. Link? . . . doubt it. Nothing but a bunch of trolls who can't stand an aesthetic that eludes them. Get back under you bridge, troll.
Mark 8:37-38 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? [37] Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ
uh, No. The location is special, but this place needs a LOT OF WORK. That wood needs heritage replacement, structural attention, and an upgrade in that wood quality. "World class"? No.

What a treat to see this amazing architectural creation! Thank you.
I love these guys and videos like this. Just going for it, making a video. I’m living vicariously and playing the lottery occasionally.
WOW! And yes, the guest house is fabulous.

You need to turn up your volume because we can't hear a word?
Get decent speakers.

Let's see you do better, Prisci.
Your loss, troll.

Drone footage would have helped give perspective as well.

Concrete block is totally out of character. Redwood or nothing.
Show, don't tell.
You need a script
😄😄😄
You need manners.
