There is currently 2 type of Exodia in travel 2010 a.k.a Edison format event: - heart of the underdog, loop draw normal monster in draw phase, it is good enough unless you draw the exodia head or another underdog copy before any spell draw. - hope for escape and accumuled fortune. There two is really good to draw a ton of card. The deck can achieve exodia special victory within 4 or less turn -
Where were these decks when I was playing?! All I got was bad attempts at stun/banish decks. Just me sitting for 40+ turns going. "I got all day and I have more cards. I'll just play something else while you figure out your field situation. "
Damn, I haven't had that issue myself yet. I've been dealing with a few exodia decks, quite a few stupid synchron loaner decks 🙄, and other random stuff. Haven't been hit by stun decks. Oh and a few burn decks. Though this event has still been far more entertaining than really the whole game since launch. No annoying combos that take several minutes (except the exodia players...) no Ash blossom, especially no link monsters, and other stuff that's been clearly eroding the game. I am sorry you've been taking hits from annoying stunners though. Once again the brilliant idiots don't ban and balance the event... Let alone the game.
@@spades77 I don't mind it too much. It's just the situation that also exist in fighting games. I wanna see variety but I get meta and (supposedly) anti-meta. And when you get that consistently back to back it's very annoying.
I faced this once in the event, I won with sheer luck, since I went for a Trishula line in the Dandlion loaner, sniped the spell, and also somehow, someway sniped a leg from his hand XD
Definitely funner times. Not like now... Master duels needs to do more of these early days of Yu-Gi-Oh. Screw the current game! At least I have a little fun in theses events. Just wish their ban list wasn't so stupid this time. Harpie's feather duster is banned, but not mirror force? Either ban both or leave it be. It isn't like harpie feather duster is hard to counter anyways. Plus if your event is all cards available before 2010. Then leave it be. It was hilarious seeing pot of greed back in action during that one time travel event 😂
