I say "based" because there's definitely some mixing of non raag notes. Having said that, it is the same raag on which many other songs are based. If someone is interested in listening to others, some are "kismat se tum humko mile ho", kannodu kaanbadelaam" , "maasoom chehra, yeh qaatil nigahen", "tere sadke balam", "samay o, dheere chalo".
I still do that.... I prefer headphones to listen to the whole production.. And rick u mentioned my fav songs sting's desert Rose and seal's kiss from a rose.... One more song kind of does that to me... Madonna's frozen... And there are tons of hindi songs which do that to me as well... This song was fabulous!! You go ghoshal siblings!!!! Fantastic!!
