Have you ever thought about teaching a class on making abandon videos, so many whip them to a point that I can't bare to watch, another common mistake I see on so many others is how they'll be like look at this beam, so they by pass the whole room, show the beam and move on, and I'm left thinking wow still would have loved to seen the rest of that room.
I have always wanted to do this but I was riding on a four wheeler I hit the gas a little too hard I landed on the ground at the bottom of the ramp and the 600-lb quad landed on top of my shoulders blowing out my 3 bottom vertebrae so I have a lot of days that I have back pain and some days I can't get around without my roller rocker so for me this will never come true but I am very thankful for your Steady Hand with the camera because I truly feel like I'm with you on these Adventures and I get to feel like I'm part of your team sitting right here with my icy hot rub and my heating pad LOL
I like the house. Features left behind were nice. I would live in this house. Agree kitchen might be room with tiles. Thank you for the tour and stay safe.
I like it. Id live there if was done. That place must have been beautiful when finished. Where would the kitchen have been? Thank you for the awesome video. Its werid having windows in a house.
Yaay I am early! I am so happy you are making video's now, It's like I am finally meeting you! I have been a fan of your website for a really long time and I was really touched by the cat lady story. I am also really impressed by your ethics in urban exploring. You taught me a lot.
I think the kitchen was in the room that you said was laundry ( 6:40 min mark) as the tile on the wall could have been the back splash area. Nice place just the same. Too bad it's not finished.
First, I love your intro and ending. Very interesting house. Actually seeing the framing was pretty neat. There was a lot of custom work done on the bones of that house. That one fireplace looks like it had smoke damage. On several others the openings looked like they were partially removed. I wonder if they pulled the smoke through from the fire. Or maybe it was a chimney fire? Didn’t see any damage to framing so guess it was smoke and water damage. What a massive restoration project! Hope they finish. Fear a contractor may have not been paid or project was just too much for them. Great explore. Lots to see and wonder about. Sometimes that’s just as interesting as finding one intact. Thanks for a great explore ❤️

Good one.
Noticed around the 13:47 min mark charred 2x4’s explains why the drywall was ripped down possibly due to a fire. Another great find Dave
Good catch, yes there was a fire here
Good video and the soundtrack is 👌
Thanks, i hope the volume was adjusted properly
I love this place! I wonder if they would sell? Is there a listing?

Interesting video, as always! Hmmm...wonder which room was the kitchen...
Thanks, ya its hard to say with everything removed
The house didn't look old enough to require gutting and a rebuild. Fire, mold, Chinese drywall? It was definitely a stunner!
fire
Funds must’ve run out. Neat explore.
Thanks. That's what I'm thinking

Fire damage at 13:47. Looks to be next to the unsafe floor room(officr/library).

Outside of the house was beautiful. Loved all the windows.

Cool house, looks like there may have been a fire or something and that's why the house was gutted
thanks for the comment

Oh man if that place was done like I mean finish it would be a beautiful home to live in
for sure!
Wow what a really nice place this is. Can understand why the cost is $8,000,000. Beautiful place.
thanks for the comment!
your welcome
It always makes you wonder what the story behind that is why did the building come to a stop.
YES AND ITS OFTEN hard to find this info
I don"t like the floor plan on this house. Too many fireplaces.
Hahaha right?
Always makes me wonder what happened. Noticed there is a neighbour. Is anyone living in the neighbourhood?
ya there are neighbours all over the place here
Odd how this one was left ... ran out of money I’m assuming. Thanks for sharing. This is one of my hobbies also. I don’t film but I do photo shoots.
