Swanage Railway - "Type 2 Thursday" - 'Diesel Gala Preview Day' 09/05/2019

As is annual practice for their 'Diesel Gala', the Swanage Railway held a themed 'Preview Day' the day before the main event gets underway - this year running under the theme "Type 2 Thursday".
"Type 2 Thursday" saw visiting diesel pair Class 26 - 26007 and Class 25 - D7535 working through the Isle of Purbeck, rubbing shoulders with resident 'Battle of Britain' Class - 34072 "257 Squadron" (loco not filmed, see below).
During the afternoon, the final visitors for the Gala arrived from the GB Railfreight stables, in the form of 59003 "Yeoman Highlander" and 73119 "Borough of Eastleigh". Along side the GBRf pair, resident Class 33 - D6515 "Lt Jenny Lewis RN" also returned to SR metals, having been away from the line over April.
Owing to other commitments away from RUclips, I could only make it to Swanage during the afternoon. As such, I couldn't capture all the footage I'd been hoping for.

Phil Streader The railway used just the class 25 and 26 but not the class 31.
