Option 1 : go on the options, Accessibility ===> Accessible Cast (set the value at On), you need just stay on left click during the casting time and you decide when you released for the cast.
Option 2 : go on Mouse & Keyboard, look after "Mouse Casting Distance" (Adjust how far forward the mouse needs to be moved when casting), set the value at 3 (not 1 per default) and you can cast far away from you.
