I came here because I saw a lot of Shimokita when I was watching Bocchi Za Rokku.
I would like to visit other sacred places in the future.
Maybe I'd like to do a cover video of a Band of Unity song.

@@reezwave The anime makes it look bigger than it actually is. The floor can fit less than a hundred people, stage to soundboard is about 5 metres, drink bar to bathroom maybe 8 metres, 2-3 metre ceiling.
I recently did my own Bunny Girl Senpai tour to some of the actual locations. I have an ambitious goal to camp at all of the Yuru Camp△ locations. And now I have to add this to the long list of real places in Anime.

学生時代ライブハウス通ってたから、shelterの室内がほぼそのまま再現されてるの感動したなぁ…
客席の壁の時計とか、丸いテーブル、ステージのチェック柄とか…
STARRYの外観本当にそのまんまなんだ！！！アニメでも特に登場する背景だから本当にあると思うと何か感動する。
こうやって忠実に再現されているからこそ、海外の方とかがアニメ見て日本に行きたい！って思ってくれるんですよね✨

The backgrounds using actual locations is one of the things I love about Bocchi the Rock
I'll definitely have to visit these spots if I ever get to go to Japan again

the animation crew and the studio is absoulutely creative and accurate.
I feel like they took pictures and just applied Bocchi animation to it. I know it wasn't that simple but it's so close to 1:1 that it feels that way.

このライブハウスに初めて出演した時、主催者から「絶対時間厳守で！」って言われたからスマホでクソデカ時計アプリ用意したのに、目の前にでっけえ時計あって笑ったわ
I love when anime uses irl references for their background, it really makes the anime look alive and real
not just references, looks like most of the backgrounds are rotoscoped. Very cool because of how much extra depth is added to the backgrounds.

少し前に下北沢で仕事してたのでぼっちざろっくめちゃ楽しく見れるんですよねー。
好きだった店とかも映るし。
下北沢ってずっと淫夢村かなんかだと思ってたけど、ぼっちざろっくのおかげで印象変わった

Thank you for this! I stayed in Shimokita a few years ago so it was nostalgic seeing all of these places I know in Bocchi the Rock.

This is the best example of showing what an anime production needs to make a banger. A great director and a dedicated team
What does it have to do with production? You know it's much easier to draw real places than imaginary ones? And Bocchi the Rock isn't the only anime or the first one to do this. Most slice of life anime do this. Even Steins;Gate which is a sci-fi anime took in a real place, Akihabara.
@@rovidelarosa no no, I mean that Bocchi the Rock anime has a dedicated team of production. You can see that they pour their heart out in terms of animation and the punchlines. At first I thought it would just be a generic Moe anime, but I was far wrong. It's funny, good and has top tier animation to the point of it being at the top of the charts

@@rovidelarosa yes, it's easier, but you still need great shots. Some are hard to achieve. Even then, the pictures are still references, not traced, for background artists.
The team behind taking pictures are credited as "Photography" team. That's what this video shows. Not to mention getting permission, waiting for great lighting and blablabla. It's part of production.
@@OrbitalForce You can get as much reference as you want. And like you said, it's a reference, not a 1 to 1 recreation, meaning you have more freedom. And you don't need permission for taking pictures of public spaces. And as I said, majority of slice of life anime do this, this is nothing special...

Shimokita's one of my very favorite parts of Tokyo to just hang out in, either during the day (second-hand store vibes and good food) or at night (for the live houses). The tie-in with my Anime of the Year is icing on the cake!

i have to say i did not expect this i am quite amazed. not only was the amps and guitars in the show things that exists but so are the locations. thats pretty cool

元々ぼざろ関係なしに普段から趣味でユーロ系やワーク物、バンTの類で古着蒐集を生きがいにしてるので、月ニ〜三で行ってるのですが…こうも常日頃から入り浸ってる慣れ親しんだ下北の町の風景が今流行りのアニメが舞台になって話題になってるのを見るとなんか不思議な気分がしますね…！
ぼざろの聖地巡礼は勿論せっかくきたのなら地下バンドや下北古着巡りお勧めです👏
下北でおすすめの古着屋はSPIKE、SKELTONLAMP、Caka Act 、Fuv、LOST BOY TOKYO、Re:Re Garden、syuna vintage、RAGTAG、stepahead一号店、月暈、ragla magla、Florida、pigsty、damagedone、ですね！価格帯が良心的且つ初心者向けならグリズリー系列、desertSnow系列、スティックアウトグループ、KINJI、WEGO下北沢店がお勧めです🙆♂️
スティックアウトは9話でリョウちゃんの夏休みの過ごしたワンシーンで出てきましたね
普通のアパレル系の店やプチプラでは一生お目にかからないような類の下北でしか見られない、年代物の古着から珍しい古着も多いので普段洋服あんま興味ないよって方も新しい機会だと思って、聖地巡礼したついでに寄ってみてください🙏
自分もめっちゃ陰キャですが下北は楽しいです。
確かに圧倒的に陽キャが多い町ですが、渋谷にいる陽キャとはちょっと系統？質？が違うなと個人的に思います。渋谷がすぐ近くにあるのに同じ若者でも若干文化が違うのかなと感じます。
自分は渋谷とか原宿は大の苦手ですが、下北と高円寺は不思議と落ち着くし居心地がいいんですよね。オオゼキさんとかpeacockさんなどの大型スーパーもあって普通に夕方は夕飯を買いに来る年配の方や主婦層も多くて、サブカルの側面と昔良き商店街の町並みを織り交ぜだような景観だからかもしれないです。
年季の入ったビンテージ物置いてる個人の古着屋さんは店員さんが年齢層高めで寡黙で落ち着いてる人多いので、意外と穴場かもしれません。
グリズリーは状態良いの少ないし、店員がぐいぐい来る感じが好かん、。
基本価格帯低いチェーンは良いの掘るの知識と時間いるから、初心者こそ小さめの個人店入って、店員さんに色々教えてもらうのが良いかも。僕はALASKA、Aroom押しときます。特にAroomは店員さん話しやすいからオススメ。あとちょっと値段設定高いけど、teaとか。
浅い知識ですけど見た方の参考になれば！
あと完全に今の自分の気分でEarly20も押しときます。90s、00ｓのUS中心で、良い意味で下北っぽくない店だけど、良いです！ええ
