    Hi Mr.Cameron, thank you so much for giving me 2 ah-ha moments I've been searching for months!! I always thought "I need a lot of air, so I tried to "suck in all the air molecules in the world". I also tried to save air as long as possible. Both of these gave me tightness in my chest and throat. Now I learned that I don't need to be greedy and try so hard with the air, just take enough naturally. That thought single-handedly gave me an instant low breath, low belly expanded, and I feel SO GOOD, no tightness in chest and throat!!! For breathing out, I was skeptical and I had to really wrap my mind around letting it out as fast as I can, but it really made the throat tightness go away. Next step is to apply this concept and replace the bad breathing habit with the good one!!! Your knowledge and way of explanation are so easily digestible and useful, I hope the channel blows up because more people need to hear this!

    Thank you so much man ive been having trouble with a closed throat and watched your other video explaining that and this and it really helped me out today playing pep band music😁
