    Dear Mr Cameron,
many, many thanks; after years of searching and trying without success, i finally managed to play G on the staff. And not only that, a world has opened up to me: yes, I'll need some practice, but I'll be able to get C without any problems.
And all this just because I watched your video; incredible. Bravo.
I study by myself because I'm too old to go to class.
    Thank you very much.

No nonsense. Three octave range any day of the year, thanks Wayne.

The tongue movement is related to the change of lip aperture firmness.
Tongue movement alone obviously will not cause the note to change unless the lips change in tandem.
Air support does NOT necessarily have to increase to ascend. It depends on dynamics.

Hi, many thanks for this contribution. Do you know if this „film“ with Maurice Andrés tongue arching is available to see? Best regards from Switzerland, Hanspeter

Arching the tongue does very little other than slightly change the timbre.

Keep believing that if you want. The millions of trumpeters world wide that swear by it won't mind.
