Non of these modern 125s can hold a candle to the yamaha RD 125 LC this motorbike brought 125s to a different level far advanced for its time and still looks good today 👍

The Aprilia RS 125 will max out at 107 mph and produce 30 Bhp .Cagiva Mito 125 105 mph ,Honda NSR 125 105 mph,Derbi GPR 125 102 mph. I apricate this list is the most ''powerfull ''not the fastest . but all the bikes you listed are far less powerfull than these .

You forgot the Fantic Caballero 125 family. Those has the same Minarelli engine than the Yamahas, and only 130kg of weight. So them can reach about 125 km/h. 320 and 230 mm waved break discks with the same Bybre calipers than the KTM and Husky with dual ABS, but switchable on the rear wheel if you want to go off-road. Depending of the version, them come with Mitas or Michelin tires.
Now at days, for me, the best 125. I'm about to buy the Caballero 125 Rally, that comes with 200mm length suspension infront and rear, Michelín Awakee Wild tires, and many others off-road gadgets.

German MZ 125 125SM & 125SX put out 15HP in 1999 and 2000. Liquid cooled and for the displacement was at the time, very powerful. It had better stying than most asian bikes also. I owned both models and I regret selling one and letting the other one get stolen. Very rare.
