I owned a 2009 DRZ400SM and it was a great bike. Previous owner modded the bike with all of the usual mods. The only thing it was lacking was a 6th gear and a little more power. So I bought a 701SM loved that bike as well. If I lived some place like AR or East TN, N GA or NC, this is honestly all I’d need to get my fix of curvy twisty roads. On the right road, you could hang with anyone on anything. What really got me on the DRZ and the 701 was highway riding. Living In Houtex there’s plenty of it to get anywhere and it was miserable on both bikes. That said, curvy country roads were an absolute blast. I’m sure this bike will do just fine and if I move somewhere with mountain roads, I’ll probably have one in my garage.

Been riding for over 40 years. Of course sticking with brands available today and paying the prices. Starting over, I’d definitely consider the Chinese brands at those price points. A new young rider certainly will look at them as will the riding schools. There’s no doubt things are going to change and the big European brands will need to change as well. Exciting times.

It's still a long way for this Chinese products to prove durability efficiency quality and lastly their after sales customer sales service. Still go to Japanese products. Besides Chinese products don't have good reputation

Considering that a lot of the ideas are copies of the known brands. And that Chinese companies make the components and or complete bikes for a lot of well known brands. These could be a bargain. Certainly brands like CFMoto have been around for years and are well regarded.

Now are those prices what one pays in the U.S. and if so is that after Trump's 60% duty? I am old fashioned and I prefer the looks of the Harley's and other Japanese bikes that look like Harley's like some Yamaha's and others.

All I know is anything from china is 💯 lemon.

What you just proved is Chinese bikes are cheap may have things that might work but really as Engines are old out of date designs No they have not taken Europe by storm.

In the UK the availability of officisl accessories is not great you seem to wait ages. Good unimtimidating bike though has its faults with its design and irritations like any bike the RE Goerilla got to be worth a gander though I like my Speeds fuel range and mpg just not the accuracy of the speedo and mpg readings bit off the instantaneous mpg always says 60 and the immobiliser lights on again.

They might be crownd champ but they break down electric ways and engine ways so not very reliable top to mt.125 and Honda cbr125r and yzfr 125 top 3 bikes 4 stroke reliable duke good but not reliable doesn’t deserve crown 👑 lol

6 gears is a must. I dont understand why Suzuki made a bike like this? They have a superb chassie in the MX model and then they build a heavy 5 gear bike noone wants? I really thought this bike would become something special.

This will certainly shake up the big manufacturers, I've been riding for over 45 years, after many years on Japanese motorcycles, two years ago I rode a Harley 1200 Roadster, which I completely converted into a Bobber and the bike looks beautiful, sick, I'm very happy with how it turned out, but it wasn't cheap at all, I could have bought a very good R or Naked bike, but I don't regret it at all! I'm not a fan of all that advanced technology on the bike, but these Chinese bikes don't look bad at all, they have some quality parts but the most important thing is the price, I'm not a fan of Chinese products but they have flooded the world today and it's someone else's fault! I bet if these same bikes we saw in this video had Japanese brands written on them, everyone would praise them as great, or even better if they were put to the test by us ordinary riders and they said Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Ducati... I'm sure they wouldn't find much to complain about, because we humans are like that, our brains are blinded by advertisements and company logos and we immediately react differently, so I wouldn't immediately dismiss these bikes, especially since I've never seen them in person or ridden them, some people in the comments said they were very satisfied, and I saw that they weren't beginners, but experienced old bikers, so I would trust them more than people who immediately dismiss them because they're Chinese!!!

I have nothing against China, but as an Italian and Brit bike user, these bikes all look ugly to me and over engineered. Also, how can anyone be serious about advertising a bike without riding it and hearing it?

Just ask people who recently purchased bikes from China all the defects on arrival. Sorry you purchased. What you mean no warranty or refund? The only thing getting destroyed is chance of having new customers due to quality failures. Don’t believe the hype!!
