Who was your biggest winner or loser from the 2024 NFL Draft?
W: Eagles, Vikings, Lions
L: Falcons, 49ers, Dolphins
packers huge L
W: Giants
L: Falcons
Ls: falcons, bills
W Lions......L Falcons
Bro the draft just ended like 30 seconds ago, dude really was prepared 😭
He started the video when the draft was on the 29th pick
Well most picks are pretty obvious
H's dedicated you gotta love it
penix answering the phone: yall sure you got the right number??
Lol
Fontenot going "Hey Michael, don't panic. All you gotta is hold Kirk's clipboard for a couple of years, entertain broads, and you get 20 mil for that. You good?"
I went lookin 4 this comment when i saw itt😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 too funny!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You must want us to be in qb purgatory agin of Kirk goes down. And no we’re aren’t going into fa and spend more for a veteran to be a back up
Atlanta drafted a guy who boutta start when he’s 27-28😭😭
Brett explained it perfectly. They are preparing for the worst because they won't have first round picks the next draft
Or will be starting halfway through his season if Kirk doesn't bounce back from his injury.
That’s not that old for a QB though. That’s easily 5 or 6 years of good QB play if he pans out
@@pigskin1287 I think the main problem is that you will have maybe a season of actual in-game performance before you have to pay him 50m+/year. I don't think there are too many rookies who will just straight up beat Kirk for the starting job. Yes you want a quality backup but spending an 8th overall pick when there are glaring problems in your starting roster with plenty of good players still up is a bit odd.
There will be some tough decisions for 2026 due to the amount of money that will be allocated towards QB1 and QB2. It's unconventional so most people will be skeptical of this approach.
Crazy thing is that used to be the norm in the league lol, now you gotta come in right out the draft and be ready to light it up after your first month of playing it’s nuts lol
Bo Nix vs Zach Wilson will feed families
hoBo Nix the future journeymen
@@bigfootwalker5399Watch him be the only QB that actually pans out. 😂
@@Joosehim and jayden daniels watch
Yes...they are about to feed my family when I bet the under every week on them
and secondaries
Jesus dude it literally just ended
Always in it for the supporters. Love you guys
There is no break during draft season
😂😂
Please don't use His name like that 🙏🏽✝️
lol let the man get his views!
I expected 6 QBs to go in the 1st round, but I NEVER expected Michael Penix to go to Atlanta when they are paying Kirk 100million guaranteed for 4 years
I think only 2 years is guaranteed but it's still ridiculous. Penix starts at 25 at the youngest, 27-28 if they pay Kirk for all 4 years
@@Pobert69 Yep Penix's age is the biggest issue here
When Schefter popped in to say ATL is going to go QB at pick 8, I just lol'd. Then they picked the oldest and most injury-proned QB in the draft to sit behind a 35 yr old QB coming off an achilles tear. What world are they living in?
He should’ve been a Viking. He’ll be solid once Kirk leaves/retires in 3 years
@@comefwtee yeah, buts it’s just Atlanta made a statement with this pick saying that we basically don’t care about winning the superbowl, as long as we have seasons like the Cowboys and bills where we are locks to lose in the playoffs but have really good regular seasons
The Falcons potentially tampering for Kirk Cousins just to draft his replacement eighth overall is crazy ngl
Guys the falcons taking Penix is actually genius because they wanted to make sure the raiders couldn't get a qb so they take Brock bowers to make sure the saints didn't. Genius move (I am coping)
Sure, but then why not take jj?
@@aceroy9195exactly
If you are a Falcons fan, I can empathize with your coping mechanism. But the Raiders had Michael Mayer so I doubt ATL could've foreseen them drafting Bowers. Plus, ATL drafted Penix before the Vikes traded up to 10. It's just another mind-boggling pick from the Falcons. 🤷🏻♂
You thingk Kirk will stay healthy all season? If not then we have a actual backup plan in case that happens
@@youngsizzle444 yeah I'm starting to realize that now. But still the Falcons need to get better on defense regardless
I have two things that I don't understand: Atlanta taking Penix and Buffalo allowing Mahomes to Get Xavier Worthy of all Wideouts!
I’m still processing the buffalo trade
They must really see something in Worthy but again why the trade? So many great WRs on the board. Just take Adonai Mitchell. I don't get it
The last time the Chiefs traded with the Bills in 1st round they got Mahones. That didn't come back to bite Buffalo.
Buffalo must’ve not wanted worthy
Falcons are probably worried about Cousins' achilles injury. If he goes down again, then they'd have to go back to Ridder. That's the thought process I think they had. The NFC South is not a good division and they probably think they can compete when they have a good QB.
dude grading the picks is smoking crack lmfao
He gave the Lions pick a B 😂 the best CB at 24.
The best CB is Mitchell
Literally 😂😂😂 bro said he would pick jayden daniels instead of caleb. like??? Wtf???
@@sosmooth13aye man terrions good but made lots of plays from the slot. And you already got a guy in Branch so I don’t think you’d get the absolute best out of Arnold. Good pick tho
He gave the penix pick a B- like what?
I'm stunned by the Falcons picking Michael Penix Jr. at #8.
So is Cousins, apparently 😂
Reach asf
@@joshuajohnson4540just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s a reach
Never a dull moment with Atlanta existing
.... yeah....
@@lextrujillo4130 I mean, WTAF?
@charlottecorday8494 I don't know man. The only half decent argument I've heard for us picking Penix is that if we are severely punished for tampering and lose a big pick, we already have our guy of the future. That said, I'm pretty sure we might just be really dumb
@@lextrujillo4130I've heard that, but we all know they'll get a slap on the wrist if anything. ROME WAS RIGHT THERE, IT'S INSANE!
@@charlottecorday8494why would you spend a number 8 overall pick on a wr 2 when you already have darnell mooney. It was just be another drake london on the field. They either shouldve just traded back and got pass rush or none at all
Love these quick turnaround videos. The devil may work hard but no one works harder than Football Analysis.
lmaooo appreciate it
Poor Rome Odunze :(
Didn’t even get talked about
He talked about him at the beginning with Caleb Williams, which I think is fair
And poor Malik Nabers! Being drafted to a sinking ship and supposed to get passes from Daniel Jones! The kid must be on open line with his agent right now "Get me the hell outta there!"
Context from theories on various streams - Atlanta will lose their 2025 1st rounder for the tampering with Kirk Cousins. Not being able to pick a successor to 2026 is a gamble and this could be the last time they're high enough to pick one. Just crazy how teams didn't have to swing any major trades to get QBs. Power to the Cardinals for getting Harrison Junior and Robinson. 4 picks tomorrow and they will be able to get someone of who is left of JPJ, Mitchell, Newton, DeJean and McKinstry at 35.
Yeah the cardinals pretty much have 3 first round picks
Big loser felt like the Bills directly handing wide receivers to the super bowl teams while they themselves needed wide receivers too
Here I was thinking Atlanta was actually a competent organization since they fired Arthur Smith…..
They’re planning for the worst with Kirk, they don’t have a 1st next season
@@yondeefeedz not to mention penalty for tampering
They still have Ryan pace nuff said
Falcons are planning for Kirk to get them plenty of choice picks for 2025 and then build around Penix!
I know dude. They were completely okay with Ridder under center, but now they’re worried about Kirk. I get drafting a qb to mold for the future, but you don’t use a top 10 pick on that. I’m sure they could pick up a good qb in the next couple years if Kirk doesn’t work for some reason.
The biggest losers are all the ageists who said the NFL didnt like Bo Nix and Michael Penix that much. Lol
I think it’s more the injuries with Penix
teams are desperate
These clowns will be near 30 before you know they're busts. Lol.
With 6 Qb's pushing down players, Az basically got 3, 1st rd picks in 35th overall 🥳
AZ doing a monster draft.
As a Vikings Fan I was actually blown away with how well they drafted. Turner at 17 is a complete steal.
Gave up a bit to get him but totally worth it. Love the draft
@@SirStazianyou guys really think it was worth it? A 3rd and 4th plus more for moving up 6 spots? Idk man. I hope this kid pans out
@@HendersonHinchfinch woulda gone before 23, and he’s the best defender in the class. Worth it 💯 %
@@SirStazian rather have Arnold and the picks but what do I know. I’m not trying to rain on the parade. Happy about the players we got
@@HendersonHinchfinch3rd and 4th round picks can’t compare to the difference of getting the best player edge in the draft and probably getting the 4 best edge in the draft
Surprised by my 49ers pick with Cooper Dejean on the board 😮
Y’all really picked Ricky lmao😂😂. Say bye bye to Aiyuk or Deebo
As well as JPJ and Newton. Even Kool-aid. Hell, AD Mitchell was still there too
This many offensive players being drafted threw off everything. As a Lions fan, I thank the Falcons for starting this avalanche lol
This year looks like Brad Holms screwed up. Trading up 5 spots and giving up a 3rd round choice to do it makes no sense. The Cowboys got what they wanted anyway, got a 3rd rounder on top. By any metrics the Lions got their pocket picked.
Put in an effort today G, nice job.
Jaguars Trent Baalke making a believer out of me this offseason.
Keep Grinding!! Impressed you got this out ASAP. I lost my shit laughing thinking about the Christmas shirt meme. I’m hoping, as a Vikings fan, JJ proves us all wrong and flourishes!
I don't see Cousins losing anything. He's going to start for at least the next two years.
That was a moronic take by him. I guarantee the fans are more upset than cousins.
Hell I bet Penix is more upset than cousins.
@@TheCoopManlmao Kirk hates any implication that anyone has any doubt in him whatsoever. Look at the reactions by his agent. Kirk is absolutely livid
Kirk has clearly declined in arm strength, which wasn’t top tier to begin with, and with the Achilles injury, New team and the insecurity with the team grabbing a backup, Kirk is going to meltdown quickly
Why the fuck yall keep over looking the fact he is coming off a archilles tear??? He is not gonna play that long especially at the age he at... he probably won't make it through 2 years.. penix will get his chance to start a lot sooner then yall think
This Pete Prisco guy who made these grades is a real jokester, I disagree with at least one part of every single one of his grades
was thinking the exact same thing lol
Love your content Garrett, coming from a fellow Garrett! Lol
Penix wont even be on his rookie contract when kirk is gone they gonna have to pick up his 5th year or extend him by the time he will start (assuming kirk plays the whole contract out)
Kirk's contract guarantees his money in years one and two, not three and four. He won't play the whole contract especially with his injury concerns. Still a horrible pick
At last! The Giants finally selected the best WR in Malik Nabers 6th overall from LSU. If the Giants trade 2025 and 2026 1st-rounders to the Bengals for Ja’Marr Chase before, during, or after the preseason, he and Malik will form one of the most dominant WR tandems in the NFL. Super Bowl, here we come!
Save those picks for a QB. Nabers, Robinson and Hyatt is a solid group.
Awesoe vid and happy that its out so early!
Kirk Cousins is the BIGGEST winner this draft, he's nursing an injury, signed 100 million guarantee contract, then they draft his replacement! He will stub his toe and retire with an extra 100 million by September.
Bro coming thru always to provide that instant football content
Love the upload speed
Love how fast this dude gets the videos out
Kool aid is gonna be the next Trevon digs
Wiggins the next sauce gardner then
I can’t describe the relief I felt when the giants took Nabers instead of McCarthy
Honestly if the Giants took McCarthy at 6, their GM should've been fired on the spot.
Nabers felt excatly the opposite: "Oh gosh no, not Danny Pennies..."
Good analysis 💯
you are my goat for posting this rn
the Vikings set the franchise back a good 5 years with that jj pick
You quick with it 😂
Go spend time with your family man! Nonetheless we appreciate the upload
If Nix doesn't turn out to be good, the Broncos will be bad the rest of the decade.
Dude you’re the biggest winner of the 2024 nfl draft so far !
cant wait for a day 2 stream!
JJ is the Brock Purdy of this draft, the plug and play QB, safe and efficient
JJ is about to get overshadowed by Darnold and will become a career journeyman. But the Vikings hit on Turner, no hate there
@@Zeffpenguinman yall be smoking some serious shit with these terrible ass takes.. for one Sam Darnold sucks... he will most likely be benched and J.J will get his chance to start this year.. yall fools just be saying anything that comes to mind.. Darnold will not out play no fucking J.J bro
@@javonbatiste3294 well I’m partly kidding but I do unironically think JJ will be a fraud and his upside is marginally higher than Darnold’s at best. Darnold could absolutely see a Mayfield type turn around. Maybe not but McCarthy will not be a franchise QB
I'd say Buffalo was a big loser last night. I understand they have a lot of holes to fill so getting more draft capital makes sense. But trading with KC - the one team that's stood in your way to the Super Bowl - to let them get the player they wanted was not smart. Then trading again and missing out on Xavier Leggette when WR is your top need was just asinine.
I'm an Eagles fan and I think Minnesota wins the 1st round. And Atlanta did the worst.
Damn bro quick wit it😂😂
my bro i always thought you were Minnesota native cuz the vikings love. Great to see a super fan outside of our state.
May I ask what made you a Vikings fan?
My pops was a fan and 6 year old me didn’t know better 🤣
cbs gave the cardinals a B+ for mhj LOL, all these analysts just hate the cardinals
Kirk Cousins is old and still in rehab. Having an inexpensive yet very capable young backup is probably the smartest move Atlanta could have made. I dont understand your criticism. BTW, the point of drafting a rookie quarterback is NOT to build a squad around that person. The point of drafting a rookie quarterback is to have said person sit, learn, develope, then start. You got the process all wrong!
Exactly what I wanted to see
No way Terrion Arnold fell to Detroit
I’m still in disbelief
Buffalo might be the biggest loser of a team in the NFL. Why did they trade back TWICE? INCLUDING TO THEIR BIGGEST RIVALS IN THE HEARTLAND
Because 1 - they don't see KC as rivals. 2 - Bills want to adjust and beef up for the 2025-26 season. 2024 will be a readjustment / development period, and they already know they are unrivalled in AFC East, so no urgency there.
The more i think about it, the less sense does Atlanta taking Penix make to me. Cousins has $100M guaranteed by the falcons, which realistically makes him their QB1 the coming 3 years.
By that Penix is 27 years old. It's also weird from a contract management point of view. Between Pitts, Robinson and Penix, they have used 3 top 10 picks on a TE, RB and backup QB (initially). That's not positions where you create surplus by having 1st round picks on rookie contracts.
Chop’s physical traits are insane! As a dolphins fan I’m very happy with the pick. I don’t like the idea of drafting a guard or center in the first round when it came to Barton
I’m so happy my team got worthy I was kinda thinking we were going to get Thomas junior for a bit until I saw the jags coming up next lol
I love Latham, especially with Callahan as an OL coach. I’d prefer Olu with most other teams, but Latham has just as high of a ceiling as Alt, maybe higher with Callahan.
Titans have the best OL coach in the league, and JC Latham was his favorite lineman in the draft. I was a little shocked too, but willing to trust that Bill Callahan knows what he's doing.
Not sure how to feel about Wiggins. He could be exactly what the Ravens need on the back end, a speedy corner to compliment Roquan and Kyle Hamilton, but that lean build really concerns me. Baltimore seems to like betting on players with known injury concerns to come in and be available, but it doesn't seem very sustainable. Reminds me a lot of Emmanuel Forbes last year. I just hope EDC knows what he's doing and has a plan, like when he took Hamilton and Linderbaum.
I completely understand the Falcons decision but I still don't reckon it's best. Penix needs a lot of help, he may be old but I wouldn't say he's pro ready just yet and the championship game is a clear example of that. Kirk is a pocket passer who is great at making decisions and probably won't win a bowl in Atlanta but can provide Drake London, Kyle Pitts and Penix a lot of experience that otherwise they wouldn't have gotten. Penix will be pro ready after big Kirko's help but I will state right now that if the idea was for Penix to back Kirk for when Kirk gets injured as he does do that recently, Penix will not show any flashes of greatness and will seem like a bust if he gets thrust out there for an injured Kirk, he needs time on the side and maybe close out games to get better
8:20 I think the good thing for Bo is he’s coming into an average-above average line. Not a lot of weapons, but I think we’ll add stover in day 2, and I think the O-line is good enough to not destroy nix in one year.
Where can we find grade for 31 and 32? Kinda weird to just leave those picks out for some reason
Our Vikings did amazing tonight!!!
Congrats on getting jj from a Michigan fan
I love you man and your channel. SKOL LETS GO JJ/TURNER
Penix pick shocked me, but then I looked at Cousins's contract (via Spotrac)
If cut after 6/1 in 2026 (so after 2 years), the dead cap would be $12.5 million in both 2026 and 2027 which is very palatable.
Even if you give Cousins 3 years, then it is a $12.5 million dead cap in only 2027.
Still find it an odd pick, could have traded down if they wanted him so bad imo, but I get it after looking at the contract. Penix could start year 3
I think the idea is to compete for Super Bowls for 5-7 years starting like right now. Especially if they lose picks next year they can just keep the QB position on ice for that entire time as long as they keep the lines good
I'm going to be the guy who says it - It's absolutely wild how many Viking fans have convinced themselves that Maye is somehow worth 2-3 First round picks, but only if he's on their team. He'll fail in NE and there's no way they can support him. This bias is genuinely unhinged.
I love what the bears did man. I love deciding you are going to take a qb before free agency begins and then signing Swift, trading for keenan Allen bringing in Everett as another TE and having DJ Moore that is an ideal situation from a position point for a QB to enter....Then doubling down and taking Odunze is fantastic for them. This offense has a ton of weapons for Williams to throw to and has a WR to grow and pair with him long term.
Falcons owner did not look happy talking to the GM after the Penix pick
There is one kid who must be freaking out "How in hell am I going to get decent stats with that loser !?!" That's poor Malik Nabers being chained to the oars of a sinking ship!
The Bills absolutely made the right call. We get the best WR after Brian Thomas Jr and compensatory draft picks so other teams can go out and get worse players. Hopefully we just pull the trigger and get Adonai Mitchell tomorrow.
Bears playoffs bound
Really hoping Caleb Williams is a bust…
I love how people say Chicago has done so well. They have 2 picks in the top 9 lol And act like they got a rookie QB and WR and they are Superbowl contender
Yo Cuz, WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME WE SAW A QB FROM USC SUCCEED IN THE NFL 🤔🤔🤔
i love the penix to atlanta move, and dallas getting a tackle as well as an early third (would've rather seen jpj so they could have a stacked interior oline). but, i think kc missed on another receiver. took another fast guy who doesn't have a good route tree, and struggles with drops. they keep trying to replicate tyreek, instead of making a guy who hes meant to be.
Like the thoughts. Will say with OAK, i think with the 6 QB's gone, they took a BAL type approach and took the best player available, or at least who they thought was best player avail. Bowers was that player. They can draft needs in 2nd and 3rd round, and get quality players/starters there. Also remember that D is good, and Aiden did manage to beat the Cheifs as a starter, so dont sell him short yet.
The vikings only really need a role player at qb with Jefferson Addison and Aaron jones at rb. They alone make a decent qb look strong
Bears fan very thankful for Chargers picking Alt, Titans picking Latham and Falcons picking Penix leaving a wide open Odunze which will hopefully be a recurring theme with him being a WR3 for at least 1yr depending on how long Allen stays a Bear 🐻🔽
"I think Malik Nabers will be better (than MHJ)" is a great way for me to completely discredit Pete Prisco's draft grades.
Chicago A-? WTF...? Who were they supposed to take, damn you Prisco...
I love how the bears are constantly drafting QBs as if that was ever their problem 😂
I actually don’t mind the falcons pick… the falcons already got PLENTY of mostly good weapons: Drake London, Darnell Mooney, Rondale Moore, Kyle Pitts, Bijan & Tyler Algiers. So while Rome woulda been great it isn’t necessary. Now they get a good young talent to sit and mature n develop behind a really good veteran QB and went Kirk gon ina couple years he gon be prepared and be your franchise QB, so if he as good as Kirk or hopefully better PLUS the athleticism on top it’ll definitely be worth it specially while the other aforementioned young players develop with him.
In your titans video from a few months ago I thought you said OL was the pick to make for the Titans
Biggest Winner: Bears
Loser: Falcons
Biggest reach: Bo Nix
Best value: Dallas Turner
Surprise: Cooper DeJean is still available!
Biggest question: What is Buffalo up to?
How do I feel about my Dolphins: Okay, Chop is fine but I saw some better prospects imo, no need to panic yet tho bc there’s a few first round talents still floating around
my boy in his duffel bag , hardest working channel out here
🫡
Goddamn the speed in making this video rivals the Flash
Chicago is a weird town football wise. They can add guys all they want but the weather really messes that team up. Especially with the sloppy field conditions. Caleb's a usc guy so he's either gonna come out swinging like Carson Palmer or get lost in the shuffle like leinart. I really hope he pans out because it's good for the game but Chicago really needs good health and above average defensive play to take that division.
Bro is so quick with it
There's no way Drake Maye sits the whole year, as much as the Patriots will say thats the plan, there's no way Jacoby will play well enough for 17 games for them to not at least try Maye
Since the top 6 QB's went in the first 12 picks, when do you think the _NEXT QB_ will eventually come off the board and who will it be?
Spencer Rattler? (South Carolina Gamecocks)
Michael Pratt? (Tulane Green Wave)
Jordan Travis? (Florida St. Seminoles)
or Joe Milton? (Tennessee Volunteers)
God bless all of yall have a great day and remember you’re loved
I dont think chicago is going to shock the world. They are still da bears and I am not scared of them.
Idk about the Nix and Daniels situation being the same, logic yes. Nix left the SEC with the hardest defenses to go to the the Pac10 with the worst defenses in the Power 5 and kill. Daniels left that same Pac10 Conference and went to the hardest conference to do what Nix couldn't. Not the same in my book, ppl evalute Nix in Auburn because the competition was better why would ppl care about Daniels at ASU lol
JJ is not gonna pan out. Coming from a Michigan fan he’s just a game manager.. If they are expected some groundbreaking franchise QB Minnesota will be greatly disappointed
I had penix to the falcons before they signed kirk but i like the move everybody isnt Brady or Rodgers and won't play till 40 if kirk underperforming they got his replacement
Eagles have our ups and down but I’ll be damned if Howie don’t try to make it better most years. This year he was in his bag free agency and draft included. I can’t wait for this season. Roseman GOAT GM
I told you minnesota wasn’t getting maye
Atlanta pick shocked me no doubt.
Only thing I'll say is, yes, losing 2 years of a rookie contract QB is bad use of resources.
At the same time, how many 1st round QB's fail because they are thrown into a starting role too soon? I guess I'd rather waste 2 years of a rookie QB deal than the full 4/5 because the player you took was a bust after not being given the time they need to get NFL ready.
