Aaron’s style is so different from mine (I don’t really have a style 😂 but I’m much quieter less out there kinda thing more subtle) but these videos are amazing. It’s a completely different look at some of these fragrances. Aaron obviously smells/interprets fragrances so differently from any reviewer out there really. Amazing stuff. He picks up things in some of these fragrances that I can’t even detect! Thoroughly enjoying these videos.

Just tried it today for the very first time and had a reaction almost like yours - I found myself frozen and stunned by this magnificent fragrance. More than a smell, it was an emotional experience for me. I'm here now sniffing my forearm as I watch your review, enjoying the richness of details you can put in, along this smooth background song (that I love), on a very cozy night here in São Paulo, Brazil. Definitely a very strong olfactory memory was born for me today with Tobacco Vanille.
Very few fragrances can do this to a single person, but when you see it doing the same to many people, you can tell the fragrance is a masterpice.

I had a deja vue like : experience when I smell it for the first time. As if I suddenly smelled the perfect scent, that I had in my subconscious imagination before. TV smells like made in heaven. Considering the fact, that Aaron loves the scent as well, I don't understand the rating 7 out of 10. Especially when I see higher ratings of other scents that are no where near to the perfection of Tobacco Vanille.
So cool to see how u break this down. To hear how u pick out what is natural and aroma chemicals and an accord made of different aroma chemicals and your appreciation for such things knowing the difficulty it's really on another level! Thank you!

I wore this on my wedding day about 8 years ago. paired with a dior tuxedo, bow tie and a dior lily-of-the-valley lapel pin.
At the time I thought it was fitting. Classy, a little sweetness but also masculine.

I’m a rock and roll guy style wise and usually wear jeans with a slightly loose fitting top.. nothing drastic. Sometimes boots and sometimes high sneakers but I thought I’d be a little more refined for the wedding :)

Thank you for another interesting review. I've seen other people's review on Tobacco Vanille but this is the first review that makes me want to get a sniff of it. The only tobacco fragrance I have is Herod by Parfums de Marly which I love.🚬🚬🚬
Herod is much, much better in my opinion. Tobacco Vanille is vomit-inducing for me.
Its a crazy sweet chocolate like scent when first sprayed, but as it develops it starts to smell better and better, the drytown is perfect, on my skin it smells amazing n i love it no matter what anyone says 🧟♂️💪
Does anyone go noseblind to this? I sprayed 1 spray behind each ear and one spray behind neck and I cannot smell it after 1 hour?! Most of my fragrances are Eau de Parfums Or Parfum concentrations. How can I enjoy the nuances and progression of my fragrances without experiencing anosmia?
You're definitely right about hooking it with Rose...we have similar noses...I layer it with BDK tobac rose

Best tom ford TV review
What exactly is a tinkture (I’m sure that’s not spelt correctly)? I’ve heard you mention them a few times now on some of your other videos.
Hey C B, spelling is close enough to get the question across. So I would say a tincture in its simplest form is just parts of flowers, berries, bark and more specific for perfume stuff like ambergris (I don’t think natural ambergris has been used for some time now at least in commercial perfumes, could be wrong though) soaked in alcohol. It can get more complicated then that depending on solubility of the substances you are trying to extract from. Hope this helps.
I make my own. I get Vanilla pods and put them in alcohol and shake everyday for a year. After one year you get the living essence of vanilla. I do it with Tonka bean, coffee beans and cocoa beans. It makes fragrance smell real.ATH

Hey Arom, have you tried Lumiere Noir pour homme by MFK? Its considered one of his best creations and contains Rose I believe. I don‘t know about you but I respect this guy vor making Niche Quality Perfumes that are well rounded and suited vor Deigner Noses, although you may find his creations a bit boring. I have tobacco vanille and it´s my favorite cherry/tobacco/vanilla .... the smell still changes ... sometimes i can smell cherry vibe a bit more, sometimes there´s a vanilla presence and then comes a tobacco .... whole the smell is very round, warm and pleasant ....

Funny you uploaded this video today. I wore TV as my signature scent for 2-3 years, but I grew out of it. Unfortunately my fiancee got hooked on it and it's constantly asking me to go back to it... but I won't. I need something more!

This one is a beast
This is the first fragrance I smelled that gave me the chills and instant flashbacks to my early childhood. I bought a 50 ml bottle, and I'm wearing it as I'm watching this video. It reminds me of drinking hot chocolate in front of the fireplace after a long day skiing, my grandfather smoking pipe tobacco in the distance. I also get a strong honey vibe from this for some reason. I'll wear it around the house just for myself. One spray on the chest is enough, and it lasts all day.
I totally get the honey vibe. I was a bit shocked when I smelt TF TV for the first time. I was expecting more tobacco notes. The Vanilla steals the show. A magical fragrance! Trying hard not to shell out for the 50mill bottle. I adore it !

I just recently went out smelling Tobacco Vanille at the store. After 2 hours, I went back to the store and picked up a bottle. Expensive, yes, but it also smells posh. It is definitely a linear fragrance that lasts a working day. Working in a small office, I am not able to wear very loud fragrances, so Tobacco Vanille fits the spot for me. Keep up the great work 👍. Even though you love and create louder fragrances, hopefully, you have something „work appropriate“ too ;)

I don't get it...how come I find some TF fragrances like Tobacco Oud outright stink? As I remember I hated TV, too. HE, I own N. Extreme. I also find black orchid to be suitable for women in their 40s and 50s, not for men especially young men.
Since Estée Lauder purchased the rights to Tom Form perfumes, all fragrances have been massively turned down! Before all their fragrances were beasts , now…… not!
