    Hello 👋
    Why didn’t you downstream the garages instead?

    • @joeallenpressurewashing
      @joeallenpressurewashing  11 месяцев назад +1

      Down stream wouldn’t do much. She specially requested I not used chemical over there because she had some sensitive plants, so I charged accordingly

    Hey man I love your channel!!! thank you for taking the time to share your experiences . I started pressure washing a week ago. Do you have videos about how you get new customers?

    • @joeallenpressurewashing

      No, but I can make videos like that. Just make sure you do your best each job. Communicate well with your customers, ask them for referrals, door knock, post frequently on social media.

    Hey Joe, how do you deal with taxes man? This is like the biggest thing that is worrying me. Do you just go to a CPA?

    • @every_thing_wood1251
      @every_thing_wood1251 11 месяцев назад +1

      @dcmuzic2023 I'm sorry, I don't entirely understand what you're saying. I'm asking how he deals with taxes. I've heard of guys using a CPA, and I've heard of some guys dealing with it on their own. Just wondering his approach

      I do bookkeeping myself. Tracking income and categorizing expenses. Try to keep all receipts, then turn in all my stuff to an accountant.

    • @joeallenpressurewashing
      @joeallenpressurewashing  10 месяцев назад

      @every_thing_wood1251 it depends really. They determine the rate. Just make a couple calls to different companies or individuals. Make a post on Facebook and ask other business owners who they use. Start there.

    There's really not easier jobs or harder jobs. There's just jobs that take longer.
    In this job you have 4 different surfaces. Hardy board, steel, wood and concrete... as long as you know which chemicals to use then the job is easy.
    The wood deck should be proces separately from the house wash. Do not use bleach. The hardy board needs a little care. The garages and concrete is the easiest. Only other work is taping/bagging electricle, moving her junk and watching out for some plants...
    Hope you priced Xtra for the deck... ps. I very seldom pressure wash metal buildings, I like to soft wash them and only use pressure if there is a real difficult spot. I'm surprised you don't see fan/spray marks when it dries. Please get in the habit of taping and bagging out let's and lights... it only takes once.... over all food job keep it up!

    $25 to move items and another $25 to put it back.
    It may not be in the exact same location. It is stated on your invoice that you sign.
