How To One Arm Push Up in 5 Steps | Prerequisites, Technique, Steps & Exercises

  • Learn how to do the 1-Arm Push Up! This push up variation is hard, but worth learning. A cool-looking and useful skill for your next workout.
    I divide the 1-Arm Push Up into 5 steps (or milestones) and if you follow them and add useful exercises which I present at the end of the video, you will learn the 1-armed push up in no time.
    I recommend that you are already able to do at least 25 to 30 push ups before you try the 1-arm push up. If not, not only will it be frustrating to train this skill as you certainly will lack strength, the chance of getting injured is higher as well.
    Have a proper warm up before you start and enjoy the process and progress!

    You've got some great concise videos, I like the voiceover style. Also your channel is the bridge from calisthenics to breakdancing I never knew I needed. Lots to look forward to on my fitness journey.

      @@VitalityFitnessScience I'm going the opposite way, went from limited mobility/muscles constantly locking up to now practicing balance in the frog position from one of your other videos. If I can even do a few beginner breakdance moves at some point I'd be ecstatic.

    But nothing beats the Russian soldier's one hand push up if you care to look it up 🤣🤣🤣
