6 Great Exercises To Learn The Handstand | Calisthenics Tutorial

  • The handstand is much easier than most people think and with the proper technique and some exercises you can learn it really fast. The good news is: it requires almost zero strength. Still, there are some great exercises which will train & engage the muscle groups important to hold a handstand.
    Shoulders, arm & core are especially engage during this move. With these exercises you will be BEST prepared to learn the handstand and tremendously shorten the time of learning it! From pike push ups to wall walks - collect your favorite exercises, include them into your workout and the handstand will be no problem at all!

    Yes! I'm definitely saving this video as one of my favorites. The handstand has eluded me for a long time. Boat Hold & Pseudo Planche Leans... OK. Those will be two new exercises to add to my handstand training. Thanks Viktor. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

    Boat hold - that’s awesome! And I love pike push-ups!! Wow on the lean! Perfect form Victor! You have such control over your movements! Your videos are so good! It looks like you could do a headstand in your sleep! 😂

      So 5 year old girls who walk on their hands have lots of strength?
      How hard is standing on the feet with straight legs? Not too difficult right?
      But its extremely hard to stand even a minute when the legs are slightly bent.
      Same with the arms. Holding the handstand requires 0 strength if arms are 100% straight and with the proper technique.

    How do i solve the blood rush in my head when I am upside down? It's very uncomfortable
