When you showed your food baby, I was filled with so much comfort and ease. I have always been so aware of how my stomach looks after eating and I would always feel so bad for it being bloated. I would choose not to eat in the mornings and afternoons if I was wearing an outfit that is tight on my body. I have this toxic obsession to always have a flat stomach and I am trying to overcome that. Thank you for showing your natural body after eating, it really meant a lot 🥺
I recommend studying anatomy and trying several life drawing classes so you can see how the human body looks with various poses and body types. Stomachs get full, muscles flex, it's all good when you're healthy and active.

Vegan food gives your body all the good stuff? There is a reason why the minute we are born we are fed breastmilk aka animal product! If veganism was so nourishing! That would be the first food we would consume in order to develop properly but it’s not because it doesn’t exist.

@@samsonog6397 you don’t need to eat Just Egg or any other processed vegan food for nutrients. You can get all you need from a whole food plant based diet. Yeah it takes dedication to yourself to make sure you get what you need. There have been many times in my vegan journey that I wasn’t eating properly. I realized that and made the necessary changes. Now I am healthier than I have ever been. My blood work is perfect and I don’t take supplements. 🤷♀️
