    Hello, I am reguler viewer of your videos, love your content.
    My que. is => In Pune their are lots of land parcels available(blank) in city. Then also the rate of flats and demands are much higher when we compair with this.......? Why.....?

    If there are two buildings A & B under one RERA id, can we get possession of the building A before completion of building B? Both the buildings are seperate in the project.

    Hi Saudaghar, Thank for spreading your knowledge and watching all your videos for Q&A has helped us gain a lot of information. My question is that i have purchased flat and wanted to do interiors before my possession, is it possible that I can do POP and electricity work before builder paint the flat as i don't want to repaint after doing the Interior and save some money.     Sir now a days in pune we have a water issues so if we have booked any property in under construction and we ask respective engineer to built a small water storage tank in bathroom or make an arrangement so we can put it from our end, because later we don't want to break the wall for plastic tank support, what's your suggestion.

    Thank you form sharing such good knowledgeable information . I am planning to book apartment in VJ SUPERNOVA WAKAD. In this project land is owned by Sukhwani but construction rights given to VJ. In case of society formation or later, will there be any issue to transfer land ownership to society/unit owners ? We are signing agreement with VJ , in case of any issue further regarding land ownership VJ is not taking responsibility. Is this possible? And my second question is , in the draft agreement there is clause of “ Mortgage of Land” I. Which it mentioned that builder can mortgage land/building for raising funds. So how unit holders are protected with this clause? Appreciate Thank your guidance..

    Good Day to you sir! This is a great platform and even great service/idea nurtured by you. Wishing you have many centuries for this platform. My query is- couple of year back you reviewed a project 32 PineWood Drive Hinjewadi phase3. I showed my interesg in purchasing a 3bhk, but since they don’t have the OC/CC yet I still haven’t gone ahead. Would you recommend me to go ahead and book as I can see many family started staying there. Any advise would be helpful.

    Sirji mene 2bhk liya hu 9months pehle, lekin mujhe abtak subsidy nahi mili, 3rd position par hi stuck hua hai status, could you please advise on this, now Home loan person is saying it takes 1.5yrs to 2years saying.

      Even I haven’t received the PMAY benefit since last 1.6 years. Bank says it’s at stage 3. Not sure why are they not giving subsidies

    70 lacs deke bhi na diwar apni, na chath apni, na common area apna .
    It's better to buy 30lacs land and make 20lacs house.

    Repeating my question/concern: Builder wants to cancel my agreement on the basis of very arbitrary (silly) reason stating "we are not able to meet your expectations hence proceeding with cancellation" Whereas i dont want to cancel. How to deal with this legally in case builder stick to his decision even after my request of going forward in the deal ? Please suggest and include into your sawal jawaab. Thanks

      Why he wants to cancel agreement? Haven't you paid the money?
