I have a 2011 C300 with a 272 since new and most of the work has been done at the dealer. The biggest problem I had was at 119,000 miles was the leak from the radiator down to the transmission box. This happen because the coolant and the transmission oil share the same radiator. The damage was expensive, I had to rebuilt the transmission, clutch, and other parts in the transmission plus get a new radiator, coolant lines. This whole thing cost $9000. At the same time the rear and front differential started to go bad and started grinding every time I turn the steering wheel. This supposedly happened because the dealer at 60k miles replaced the differential oil with the wrong oil. I replaced the oil plus they added a mixture of some sorts that add additional lubrication snd after 20-40 miles of driving the grinding cleared. Other than that, I have fixed all the oil leaks that you have mentioned and I do worry about the issue with those little arms pulling down the throttle body that might go bad on the intake manifold, but that’s something that I might look at later on. This car is amazing and I will never sell it. I do have other Mercedes cars, but I find myself driving 10:56 this one the most. Most remarkable is that I didn’t have to change brake pads or rotors until 114,000 miles. This is a car that drives like old-school Mercedes, feels heavy at the bottom drives very smoothly without being bouncy or too soft plus is the perfect size for a sedan.

They are both 722.9 7-speed transmissions. There may be some exterior differences

If you have the option to buy a 2012 Mercedes V6 and another V8, both with the same mileage and maintenance, the same price, which would you choose and why? Thanks for the video

If you had the option to buy an apple or an orange, both the same size and both with the same freshness, which one would you choose and why?

Simple matter of plugging in an OBDII code reader and getting the fault diagnostic code. Once you have the code, you can put that into Google, and you will have the opportunity to read and learn more about the problem than you would probably ever want to... :-)
