I just heard the same exact vocal in the movie Crash (2004) and I was losing my mind trying to figure out if they were trying to make some sort of statement by sampling from the Crash soundtrack, but I guess they both just took it from the same source! That’s really funny...
If you ignore the singing voice, the (little) organ melody that plays is from John Dowland's "Flow my Tears". Great Renaissance composer, definitely a good listen.
