The man never sleeps! Zach, you have been on fire with all the new pads and headphone releases lately and all of it including these new Cresent Snap's are legit. I truly feel like ZMF is taking over the world of headphones selling incredibly well made and thought out products, and as an OG fanboy I love it. 👏
That’s a really great idea. I have a couple headphones where the co-pilot pad’s Velcro just barely stays on, and they are the big heavy kind (Sonorous X comes to mind). I’ll definitely be getting a couple of these new bands. The crescent band on the ZMF headphone made a big change in comfort, great idea to leverage this across headphones.. nice
I just wanted to say thank you so much for making a product like this! Ever since I got my 800s I have been trying to scour for a easy to install band that puts just a bit more pressure away from the top of the head and puts it a bit lower down. 3 months of searching and then this vid just popped up in my feed. Buying now and hoping it works out, I'm excited!
Feed the Dog before doing a video Zach. The Crescent Strap Headband setup that now comes on the New ZMF headphones is awesome. Massive difference in comfort level for those who are curious and on the fence. btw... Ordered some for my HD-8XX, if I don't like it I'm gonna use them on my HD-660s. One thing I wish from ZMF is to use UPS instead of Fed-EX because Fed-EX doesn't call you and have no tracking system, they delayed my delivery by 2 days because they failed to get in contact with me (while I was home waiting for the package). My doorbell doesnt work and I put in the delivery instructions for them to call my cell but they failed to do so twice. The delivery window says "from 8 am to 8pm" so its almost impossible for me to know when exactly they will arrive. other people might like fed-ex but this is my own experience with them. other than that I love ZMF products and will continue to support small businesses like this one. thanks much Zach
Only suggestion I can offer is that Fed-Ex has "Delivery Manager." If you live near a Fed-Ex office you can have it delivered there to pick up whenever you'd like. Our local UPS has lost outgoing packages where-as our Fed-Ex has not, so we chose the lesser of two evils.
@@ZMFheadphones Yeah, I can understand how UPS can work well for some and then totally mess up for others. I just offered my experiences I had with Fed-EX. I live kinda far from the Fed-Ex base here, and they do deliver really fast and early in the morning. Just happens that they wouldn't call me for me to answer the door. I got the package today though and am loving the headband + earpads and am contemplating removing the inner dampening stickers inside my HD-8XX... but I think these actually fix the murky mids with the leather pads + some EQ. thanks again

Hey this headband is super interesting. I've replaced my DT 1990's headband once before because I sweat a lot on my head. It tends to stay greasy after a while even with wiping it regularly and at some point the material starts flaking. So my questions: What do think would be more suitable and durable for me? Can either of them be washed by hand with a little bit of soap?

oh these look wonderful, never had any comfort issues with the headband on the 6-- series but i might have to get one of these regardless

Yep it will fit Focal! Do be careful not to pull the band by the "snaps" though as they can get pulled off, always stretch with the poly fabric.
