I think I get why you think it only has a 110 pounds. I control the air flow with a ballz valve on my homemade regulator. The pressure that shone is the air pressure in the tires and not the truck.
I just got a bunch of brass parts like teasing stuff and made my junctions, got self Locking air valves Laid out a long hose and cut them to size , then the valve is just an air splitter that I put a gauge on and the little shut off valve

The compressor goes up to 120. The tires are inflated to 110 pounds.
