DISCLAIMER: Not all HPE servers are the same dimensions. As a result of this, not all rail kits are compatible with these servers, even if they are the same generation and type. We go into more detail in this video, make sure you watch to save yourself from a potential headache!
This will be a very short and simple tutorial. We will attach a pair of sliding rails to our rack and then we will physically install our DL380 Gen9 onto the rails. Main obstacle - just make sure you line up your rails in the same spot within the rack. There is also a blue button on the side of the rail that need to be pushed to unlock and slide back into the rack. Again, this is a very simple video, but we wanted to make sure we covered all major aspects of the DL380 Gen9, including rails and rack mounting. Is it possible to buy these rail kits from your online store? I've tried a few vendors on ebay and I seem to keep getting the rail kits for entirely different servers (potentially for the 1u HP servers instead of the 2u) and I need a kit each for a LFF and a SFF DL380 Gen9.
