I've had a hell of a time trying to get an air bubble out of my front brake line all Summer. I watched less than half this video and then removed that stupid air bubble within 2 minutes. This video just made riding 100% better.
Been using this method for years (cars to) and it works well. I haven't used the loop trick, but just a tube sticking in a small jar filled with a small amount of fluid. As long as the tube stays under the surface, it won't suck air back in. Can't say that I've ever seen air get back in past the threads. Maybe if you really opening it up, it might. Like the idea of the loop. Doesn't waste any fluid that way...thanks for the trick! One tip back at you; use a clothes pin to hold the tube on the jar/can (that plastic tubing does like to curl).
Just go to homedepot or hardware store and cut a piece off in put it in your pocket boom there you go because some times they want you to buy a whole roll

The loop in the line trick is so great! Thank you!
This is the best method out thanks for solving all of my headaches with the open and close
Good tip looping the bleeding hose i will trie that next time. Now i always open en close the bolt.
Tried the knee in the front caliper. It sure enough firmed up the front brake. Made me laugh. Thanks!
Finally I get it, thanks :D
I don't know if it matters or not but shouldn't the loop be facing upwards so air gets trapped at the top?
Brilliant, works a treat, cheers
Where you get the clear tubing the fits the brake
Just vinyl tubing from the hardware store.. Lowe’s, etc.. 1/4 or 5/16

The loop!
Can this method be used for the front brake too? Like the loop?
