Shunt malfunction workup

I have neck pain now but I don't know what to do . ER always tell me things are normal . I do have a Shunt Hydrophlus this is my second one.

Thanks for the great video! For patients with longstanding shunts and/or significant underlying optic atrophy from longstanding elevated ICP---is it possible for ICP to be elevated but have NO papilledema? If so, how common is this?
