After watching all different staff technics it's easy to conclude the Shaolin one looks the most practical. Every time I see staff spinning like propeller in a fingers of practitioner it looks as a joke. No more than show off. In Shifu Yan Xin hands the staff looks like a weapon.
Is the hand position same for rat tail staff as dbl headed? I have both, wax wood from Henan, beautiful wood. Nice move, power from lower dantian 🙏 amituofo
