@Harkirat Singh Your discussion is more inclined toward Monetary incentive for motivation or learning at current time. I think you should be more focused toward your topic of video, like DSA or Dev. Which is better at which part of your carrier. Yes these details and your personal experience is good but still lot of people does DSA but for immediate job seeking they move to Dev then after some dev they realized they are pretty weak in Dsa basics or advanced concepts so they go back there. So you can put some more light in this regard. parallel DSA | Dev , First Two year more DSA | Less dev.
Anyway good effort for atleast providing some knowledge.

I have started doing DSA from strivers DSA sheet about 10 days back and my pace is decent right now in learning DSA(I knew basic c++ already). I wanted to ask if I should continue doing it maybe it would take me another 4-5 months to get good at it, then maybe a month or so to make a project or 2 . I'm willing to grind for 6-8-10 months, however long it'll take for me to land a great job, which would probably be offcampus. Can you guide me, I'm way too anxious for my own good these days😔

No one in today's age should learn DSA for job. DSA to understand problem solving techniques is important but if you can work hard on learning actual dev (not random videos from yt of REACT and you are done) and contribute to open source consistently for a year, he or she is bound to be successful. I was very proficient with DSA. Well thats what I did for a year. No one would interview me as I lacked experience. With luck and harkirat's constant reminder that I can do it, I have a remote job now and am making enough money that I have moved into a better place have started fulfilling my and my parents dreams. Only regret I have is why wasnt i involved in open source. It would have helped me become 100x developer than I am right now. I would have been at least 10x productive. Every thing is new to me to getting adjusted is taking good amount of time. So what I suggest from my experience, do open source for a year with all the energy you have and make some actual difference (not fixing css styles for a year), you WILL GET YOUR DREAM JOB.
edit: didnt got my job due to dsa
