    As someone who has dealt with depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses, I for some reason never thought about burnout being one source of my problems but it clearly is. Thank you for this

    You are healing people out here, you're reaching out to their hearts and speaking to their souls. Moments ago I was having a panic attack from the symptoms of feeling burnt out from my work in the medical field. I have no family or friends to talk to so I let this bubble up inside. Thank you, you helped me greatly. I'm grateful to have found your video.

    Fantastic, sometimes when I am close to the deadline and the work load is too high it all overwhelms me. This guided meditation helps to regain mental strength.

    You really need to look up what burnout actually is. Burnout is not a lack of motivation but to much motivation for to long. Working so hard for so long that both you body and brain collapses. The brain is damaged in a way that is very much like the damage you get after a stroke. I’ve been unable to work for a full year now because of burnout. I wanted so much for so long and worked so hard to reach my goals that when I finally collapsed I could not stand long enough to take a shower. That is not lack of motivation my friend. This video made me cry and feel so incredibly guilty and lazy. Burnout is a lack of rest for an extensive period of time and nothing else. You need to rename this video, I’m sure it’s a good practice but not for people with burnout.

      Thanks for the warning - I suffer with ACTUAL severe burnout and would have been horribly upset had I listened to this video.

      I had to stop the video immediately at that comment. Healthcare-worker-in-pandemic-burnout is not a lack of motivation issue.

    Warning! This meditation is not a good fit for people with actual burnout.
    I have just done this meditation and I feel worst than before. It made me feel bad about my lack of motivation and not finding purpose in my work. I suggest a more relaxed, decluttering meditation to calm our minds down.
    Please, change the name of this video. As another comment stated, burnout is not related to lack of motivation. Instead, It's caused by overload and pushing ourselves too hard.

      Agreed. Burnout is also from lack of support/appreciation for the work we are doing.

    Erm…this meditation is for motivation, not for burnout 😂 I’m really annoyed as I’ve just made the time in my hectic life to sit down and do a much needed meditation to calm my mind body and soul from extreme burnout…and I just spent 10 minutes doing this meditation and was really struggling to feel any better from it until I eventually thought okay fuck this what on earth is this meditation srsly? This is not for burnt out, it’s just making me feel more stressed…
