@@GregBaker57 then you really must visit Sítio Pau Preto, in the small town of Potengi, in the state of Ceará. I've heard it is a real paradise for birding and, of course, filming. The weather is damn dry but the light is astounding.

You should try the northeastern states: hot, sunny & full of singing birds all year long and lots of places with a booming infrastructure for birding.
Certainly an area I’d love to visit once travel restrictions allow
