Ill never understand why businesses want to make it harder for potential customers to purchase a product. You could sell a lot faster if you told the price for one and call David for the price on multiple units. Plus David doesnt get flooded with calls from people that have no intention on buying anything. Lets customers know if they are even close to being able to afford one. Thats just my opinion. Nice machines though

No DRO's on lathes or mills. Kind of odd. Must have come from a trade school or something? They sure are nice!
They are very nice indeed. You are correct; no DRO; but each mill comes with a Kurt vise & the lathes are well equipped.
I am drooling over the Clausing Colchester.....
They wont be upfront with a price because they got greedy greedy and want to make a killing, I would have bought most of them but I will not deal withgreedies

@@ypaulbrown yes I thought about that after I posted. Being that we use 415v 3 phase in Australia.
Love seeing the Bridgeport mills, all new and shiny.
Not sure about the Clausing Colchester lathes though… I did my engineering apprenticeship in a small company on the South coast of England that supplied the original Colchester lathes, we made the complete saddle gearboxes (2 size variants), as well as top slides, compound slides and tailstocks.
Weekly deliveries of the sub assemblies to Colchester Lathe co in Essex.
Not sure how these Clausing ones compare, having never seen one in the flesh or used one.
Would love one of those new Bridgeports though….gimmee!😜
They're actually all gone. Didn't last long on our floor. They were quite something.

Hey did you by chance get any parts with them lathes ? I have a Clausing Metosa C1330S that is missing the tailstock and the other one (identical) is missing the top slide and the cross slide is damaged. Those are the same I do believe.
Also what is the price range on the lathes ?

but where the hell are they? near impossible to ship safely and the cost.
I would go 300 miles for such a machine If i have to overnight it I would pay much less.
