This is the process to open the HGP on a Lifestyle series window. Pella has made these since 2019 and it is the current style. Also covered is how to remove blinds.

Miserable releases. No feeling if they are open. Snap back when you release the next. Two person job, one with a hook to apply pulling pressure on corner opposite hinge. Open the first release on bottom and keep pulling and holding bottom release open. Second person takes 2 screwdrivers releasing up away from puller. Hold first release while releasing the second (or the first snaps back). Hold second while releasing third... We have a triple slider with 18 of these.
