Woo hoo! Loved this 7 day series. I did these stretches after long/short/hill/slow/fast runs, strength training, long work days, first thing in the morning-across many different times and moments in the week. They were always relaxing and grounding sessions. It’s amazing what 12 minutes with Ash can give you! Thank you so much for this week-long gift that continues every week!! Day 7 🏃♀️🎉
Day 7 COMPLETED! Didn't skip the stretch! had a tough interval workout this morning and then church. This was a great midday break-especially that Sphinx pose at the end! Loved this challenge and would definitely do more of them. Thanks, Ash!

Thank you Ash for your stretching series. Today I achieved my personal best in triathlon. Thanks to your videos, I haven't had any injuries since a year of preparation. Very professional and pleasant time with you during difficult preparations❤

A great 7 days of stretching. Completed this one after my 10km event this morning. Got a PB of 56:29. The stretching every day really helped as an important part of my prep. Thanks again Ash.

Thanks for this, Ash - it’s been really helpful. Full disclosure - I had to miss day 6 as I was in London so I did that earlier before my Sunday long run and have come back now and completed day 7 so two in one day. After 25k it was absolutely perfect and I feel far more energised again.

I was strangely quite achy and tired today, but just done this one after some gardening to ease off. Will probably add in yesterday's relaxing stretch later in the evening again. I have enjoyed this challenge and will try to make a more regular time to fit in a daily stretch from now on. Thanks Ash 🙏

Thanks for the stretch Ash! I will have to go back to the other days 😅 This one was great. I try to do daily stretches but more structure will be better. Really appreciate all the work you do. I can feel it really helping my running! (And I'm slowly getting at breathing in and out through the nose during the runs🎉)
