Most other gurus charges over $2,500 to $80k per pkg fee wow, they make $10M easily; in the old days, smart ppl just visit the govt and know local ppl and get all info from govt or hire a local translator/tour guard do all the paper works, much cheaper - govt officials should guard u tell u alot - almost free! Make friends w/ me take advise from smart, rich, honest, kind, funny man:)!
There are Dutch people in Paraguay, but I don't know about official dutch - spanish translator. Although, you can translate your document in spanish wherever you are, and then get here with the documents already in spanish.
