With my granddaughters we had to start using unscented soap and lotions and laundry detergent for their eczema. Also their skin things are made worse by what they eat. Some of them are sensitive to milk and some of them are sensitive to lectins.
She needs to see a dermatologist that specializes in the skin. A primary care doctor doesn't have the knowledge a dermatologist has...

Maybe it has something to do with the babies milk. Try to ask your doctor of the "hypoallergenic" milk appropriate for your baby.
Allowing a child to be filmed and posted on social media should be outlawed.
