This 3:40 minutes nydus was insane, lol. Not sure, though why zerg did not expand and do anything at all the rest of the game. Basically 1-1 roach attack + safety spire would have killed you at ease.

Yea the patch made them start slow but you can upgrade them to normal speed.

When a Zerg goes 1 base rush the Terran in my case can go fast BC and hurt the Zerg if they aren't ready for the counter.
