This piece of equipment has been a blessing for me getting over my pulled muscle in my lower back, straight up! Due to my injury, I wasnt able to back squat past 135lbs without a strong radiating pain in my lower back for a solid 3 months. While using only this spud belt, I have gotten back to slowly and comfortably squating 245lbs with in a 6 month total 4 weeks after the initial injury. Fortunately now, i could comfortably back squat again 205lbs with 0 pain for rep ranges of 12 - 15. Moral of the story, if you can't squat with the bar on your back due to an injury, dont lose hope and feel sorry for your self, instead look for an alternative to maintain and hit legs. So far, this specefic dip belt squat has been the most similar and effective alternative to squating with the bar on your back, hands down! Thank you SpudInc!🙏
got it today by mail... this is a piece of quality, thank you guys :) cant wait to try it out tomorrow on legday... i have issues with my L4/L5 facet-joints, but i am not the guy that wants to skip legday, i think the legs should fit your arms and chest by size - this is really giving me hope again and hopefully a lot of fun to blast my quads - i think there is always a way to get around issues, just dont let the excuses win..
Just got my yellow one yesterday. I have a wooden slant board I bought on ebay for plantar fasciitis, I do calve raises with the spud belt and a 25lb. weight plate. Awesome 👌
Adam S Unfortunately no. I had to purchase seperately a carabiner from home depot and a Rouge loading pin off line. Regardless it was absolutely worth every penny.

@0:29 is a great idea ... I've been trying to figure out elevate my feet when I only have 1 bench. I just so happen to have a big tire though!
I purchased mine last month in black. I stand on two 12in plyo boxes. Built to last. Thanks Spud inc.
Thinking of a similar set up … do you use a loading pin or just put a chain through the plates ?
@@JG-po6ff i use a loading strap that spud Inc sells.
I just got the one with the chain, love it!!!

Once’s you add more than 225 it starts to completely dig into you. Works with light weight

This + Yoke straps + Traveling farmer's walk handles = best shit ever for commercial gyms.
Great belt! I have one and it saves my hips from. Get one if you are considering buying this.
Love mine! Top notch piece of equipment.
Can someone explain to me what the point of the "hook" is with the chain and hook
Should've used this yesterday
why is it 54 dollars on Amazon.. and 75 on yours..?
Does it come with the weight holder/carabiner strap ?

Standing on stacked barbell plates is foolish. Plates can slide.
