I love how this video is called “rush e for flute” even though on muse score it says euphonium, and how it starts off with bass clef, flute is linked with treble clef, not bass clef
@@therealnocommonsense your probably a 10 year old kid thinking it’s cool to repost the same stuff but for different instruments in the same key and clef 😱 your always do toxic in your comments
I think the fa clef is meant for those 2 bars of the accompaniment and they forgor to put the treble clef for the next bars, when it goes to the 116 bpm you can hear a major second between do and re / ut and re / C and D.
Hi, for future reference, the key of this is in A minor. The melodic key of A minor has an F sharp, so the accidentals of G flat and all the flats makes it confusing to read. Other than that, this is an excellent arrangement and your key change is perfect. Also love the articulation marks: very accurate! Edit: I say “melodic key” because it’s borrowed from a lot throughout the piece and some chords from other keys are borrowed from the key of e minor which also includes an f sharp.
@@randomaccount2448 you’re right! I misspoke, even though it is technically in a minor, Because the E is repeated a lot and e minor is a close key to a minor, it would still make sense to use sharps even if those sharps don’t exist in the key of a minor. It’s a form of modal borrowing (I believe), and when borrowing from another key, it’s usually done by borrowing the accidentals from that key. The harmonic and melodic key of a minor also has a G sharp, while melodic also includes an f sharp, so that would fit into the sound of e minor with the f sharp. So I guess… sharps works for both! Some people think better in terms of flats, but when it comes to keys it’s a good idea to try and stay away from the enharmonic accidentals
