Funnily enough as long as you can double tongue properly (possibly even triple tongue) this is entirely possible and not even really that difficult if you know the saxophone and are willing to practice.
To be honest, this seems easier to play then on a piano, just because a sax only has 24 keys, but a full piano has about 88, idk, it just seems easier to play with less keys
Yes and no, with piano you have a polyphonic instrument with more keys to keep track of but with sax you have to keep in mind the following, circular or very good breathing, fast and possibly uncomfortable fingering, squeaking from note or pitch changes, tonguing and the mouth work. I’m not saying it’s harder but it’s not easier.

Seems like it's not actually that hard. Basically just a double tounging exorcize. Trumpet player, not sax btw, so maybe tounging that fast is a problem on sax, I don't actually know, but for an intermediate trumpet player, that's just an uncomfortable double tounge at the faster sections.

It’s actually pretty easy. Hardest part would just be getting your tonguing that fast especially if you’re a single tongue warrior

Rancher had a technique of releasing the tongue from the reed to get tonguing like that. I can’t do it very well but with practice maybe?

They key and the fingerings aren’t hard, double tonguing and a third lung would probably do the trick

As a reed player, this is very hard, but only in the fast sections since we can't double toungue, so our toungue has to move very fast

It’s the worst note on my sax. Don’t ask why, it just came that way. Never could tune it…
