KillSwitch Xx it’s even more sadder when you consider (and correct me if I’m wrong I may simply have misheard) that Stein said as soon as the wedding was over he was intent on returning home to them
They could be mad at jax an blame him, but they don't and it makes it even more hurtful for it drives home just how throughfully he was adopted into that family and how devastating this assisted suicide was
Stein was the one that always helped even if no one asked, he was the one that kept things ASTONISHING. He died a Legend and will be always remembered as one just like rip said
The shot of Stein's glasses and then Ray holding up the old picture with the newer Legends, that gets me the most, even more than Jax breaking the news to Stein's family.
Pain can really strike you from 1:03 to 1:28 because you're showing the Legends. Martin's team. You can get the feel that they’re one family member down. It may be a small observation, but nonetheless a very hurting one.
sbliz03 the Flash crew was Stein’s team at one point too. You really feel emotions through this entire scene because you’re flashing back to all the times that Stein was with each one of them.
Well, if you think about it, when they show team Flash it’s super sad too, because they were the first characters in the Arrowverse to know Martin, and his first appearance was in the flash. Also, he was the last piece remaining that could remember us of Ronnie 😢😢😭😭
Watched the show 4 times and I’m always so impressed by the actress who plays Clarissa. She does a really really good job, underrated actor hats of to Isabella Hofmann
My heart broke during the entire scene that Stein was dying,I cried throughout the whole scene,it was so heartbreaking, the Arrowverse are losing too many people but now they just lost a true legend😭🙏🏻RIP Professor Martin Stein🔥😭
I remember commenting on this scene after seeing it the first time around. I got teary eyed when i saw this. His death hit hard cuz he was one of my favorite characters on the show. Professor Stein's death was like watching a dearly beloved grandparent pass away. Martin didn't just die a hero. He died... As a Legend. And he will be missed.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IT CANT BE TRUE!!! BARRY I NEED YOU TO TIME TRAVEL AGAIN I CANT BARE LOSING STEIN :(
At least u got to kinda see there respect for Stein and there reactions to his death. When Snart died, within a couple minutes it was like he never existed .
Its like what Stein said back in Legends S1 he would risk his life just to save Jax's life and if Jax dies he would be the one to tell his mom that he will never see his son again but Stein was the one who died and Jax was the one who told his wife and daughter
I didn't hear the original news about Victor Garber leaving, but at the end of Legends 3X4, when Jax said he wanted to break Firestorm up so Stein could be with his family, I just KNEW that something was gonna happen. And when they came home for the crossover, I figured it would happen then. But the fact that they KILLED HIM OFF, just...no. I didn't cry, but I did feel sad :( And even worse, when the Legends encountered a younger Stein during their next mission, he found out about his death, but chose NOT to do anything to prevent it, acknowledging that everyone has their time and to make the most of it. Stein was a great man!
I'm already tearing up when we see Ray holding the picture but then I started ugly crying when Jax had to tell Clarissa
I never cry at shows but telling clarissa made me cry
but hey
JK
No matter how many times I rewatch it I keep crying
Pretty much!! Jax went into hiding and only appeared once or twice since leaving the Waverider.
It was heartbreaking when Jax had to tell Clarissa and Lily that their husband/father was never coming home
KillSwitch Xx it’s even more sadder when you consider (and correct me if I’m wrong I may simply have misheard) that Stein said as soon as the wedding was over he was intent on returning home to them
@@poker8100 your right.
That Moment Break my Heart and Show That the Arrowverse is More than just a telenovila like Others
And Clarissa must have known at this moment that Jax knew for a long time she knew him it was coming
But for all that happened stein cared for all the people he knew and even his past self told jax to live his life
He died not a hero but a legend
don't forget that Legends never die. They live forever
Stein is now a legend
damn that’s DEEP cuh
Pun intended
He did die a hero and a legend he’s always gonna be in our heart R.I.P HR and Stein both my favorite and died
Martin Stien.. A True Father to everyone in the Arrowverse.
Now he's passed away.
1950-2017.
Rocket & Groot 1950
Sai Inn Htong Kham
Thanks.
Sad
Caitlin may have lost a good friend but Caitlin finally lost the last little bit of Ronnie that was left when stien died
True but Stien wasn't just a friend to Caitlin he was like a father to her
Arturo villegas he was a father to pretty much everyone
Reliable Luke meee tooo😭😭😭
That is so true. He was the firestorm part with Ronnie.
Reliable Luke aww :(
When Ray looks at the picture of him and Stein from the wild west, it starts to sting, but when you see Clarissa break down, the gates open up
By far the worst part.
:(
They could be mad at jax an blame him, but they don't and it makes it even more hurtful for it drives home just how throughfully he was adopted into that family and how devastating this assisted suicide was
I felt so bad for Caitlyn because she lost the last piece she had to Ronnie
The Velvet Tornado in a way but Martin is not dead, he a legend and legends never die
KillSwitch Xx right its like every man she ever had feelings for is always dead or something happens to them
KillSwitch Xx You made it worse😭😭😭
Oh, come on. It's sad enough already. Don't do that to me.
damn I didn't even think about that man that makes me want to cry even more
Death felt across the Arrowverse
Dominique Jacques yeah this is the end of Firestorm
And then the next crisis arrived. And here we are again.
Stein was the one that always helped even if no one asked, he was the one that kept things ASTONISHING. He died a Legend and will be always remembered as one just like rip said
This was more heartbreaking than Titanic
Really!? You went there!?
I think he refers to the fact that Victor Garber played the guy who died on the titanic in the movie
Draco wolf dude he's talking about the movie..
I mean: It was very sad. More than the film Titanic.
And I'm a freakin girl
To quote a great song:
"Heroes always get remembered, but you know Legends never die."
It feels good taste good must be mine 🎵
I feel horrible for Caitlin, the last remaining piece of Ronnie she had is now dead
i didn't watch legends but i liked the doc when he first appeared in Flash , good old man ... it hurts just watching this ..
fady michel At least watch Season 3.
@@mrsnobody5057 X2 is amazing.
U should watch its great
A more impactful, dramatic, and well done death than any death so far in the arrowverse tbh, except maybe Moira Queen's death.
This one and Henry Allen were the best, actully made me drop some tears
Iris’s fake death 3x22, Laurel’s, Nora, Moira’s and Steins top 5 saddest for me
Fbiguy and Tommy’s. That was heartbreaking.
Didn't care for Iris' death tbh
DanV I only cared about her fake death because it was really HR and he did a hero
no joke when I saw this on tv I cried for an hour
this project is retired for the time being I think that's how long I cried when I first saw this
The shot of Stein's glasses and then Ray holding up the old picture with the newer Legends, that gets me the most, even more than Jax breaking the news to Stein's family.

2 family members down. Remember they also lost Snart. The only person they don't show here is Mick.
I'd say it starts from Caitlin
sbliz03 the Flash crew was Stein’s team at one point too. You really feel emotions through this entire scene because you’re flashing back to all the times that Stein was with each one of them.

God damnit more onions!!
Sara's reaction and that kiss... that moment she let down her shield, even for a second, danggit. The acting is so dang good all around!!!
GIDEON take us to nanda parbat back to 2015 we’re resurrecting our old man 💔
RIP Professor stein, one of the best legends
It sure was very hard of for Jax to tell Professor Stein's wife & daughter the bad news. Professor Stein treated Jax like a son.
When you watch the CW for about seven years this kind of sadness makes you cry and hurt
I cry so hard😭
Albus Dumbledore I don't cry in movies or TV shows this was the first time I ever cried in a TV show
same😢😭😭😭😢😢😭😢😭😢😢😭😢😢😭😭😢😭😢😭😭😭😢😢😭😢😢😭😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😢😢😭😢
Albus Dumbledore la a liar
Albus Dumbledore same
Fair thy well..old friend, you will be remembered, as a legend
My heart Sank during this scene. It still does whenever i watch this.
He died not a hero but a legend
Rest In Peace professor Martin stein you shall be missed...😢
martin stein was like a father, a friend, a scientist and a legend to everyone
OMG!!, Caitlin is so beautiful, I really love that woman
Fernando Vera REALLY YOUR IN LOVE WHEN SOMEONE DIES??!? YOU HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS
Fernando Vera tf is wrong with u asshole
@@displayer8913 the first time you said "your" it was the wrong one. also, love is whats needed when pain is present jack ass
I don’t care anymore Barry travel back in time and save stein
And that was the reason why Laurel died because Barry when back to stop Vandal Savage
Wait what? Has that been confirmed?
It’s been comferm
iSham2044 no that wasn't the reason she died are u stupid
iSham2044 and even If that was the reason, he had other choice? they all died

My heart broke during the entire scene that Stein was dying,I cried throughout the whole scene,it was so heartbreaking, the Arrowverse are losing too many people but now they just lost a true legend😭🙏🏻RIP Professor Martin Stein🔥😭
I actually cried this scene. WHAT I WAS CUTTING ONIONS

Professor Stein's death was like watching a dearly beloved grandparent pass away. Martin didn't just die a hero. He died... As a Legend. And he will be missed.
Darn them. I don't watch this show to feel the feels. They made me feel the feels.
Goodbye Stein. You came into our lives a hero, you left as a Legend
This makes me cry every time😓
"Before I unexpectedly with a daughter... I unexpectedly found myself with a son."
might not be the best time to say but Caitlin is so hot
Ahbo Yan it's okay, she is though
Ahbo Yan I know
Ahbo Yan not really in my opinion
Ahbo Yan as killer frost.YESSSS!
E2 frost acts hotter than E1 frost
I cried my eyes out at this scene. Nora Allen gets me every time, but damn this was executed beautifully
Heroes may die, but legends live forever
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IT CANT BE TRUE!!! BARRY I NEED YOU TO TIME TRAVEL AGAIN I CANT BARE LOSING STEIN :(
BARRY ,YOU SHOULD SAVE EVEYIN TOO
At least u got to kinda see there respect for Stein and there reactions to his death. When Snart died, within a couple minutes it was like he never existed .
I straight up bawled for this scene none of the other deaths made me bawl but this did 😭 💔💔
Legends was never the same after this.
0:53 A caitlen and cisco is beutifull
so true !!!!!
Caitlin*
Beautiful*
@@hwaondagi Just stfu, get a life instead of being a dick.
@@ttvboeahsw8033 could say the same to you
I literally cried because martin was my favorite character 😫😫
This is a tearjerker of a scene, especially when you realise they use a version of Firestorm's original theme (from the Flash Season 1).
It's not the death that hurts us, it's the reaction of the loved ones that breaks us.
In the first second i was already crying 😢
I'll admit this took me by surprise I would have never expected Stein to die because I hadn't caught up on LOT till the crossover.
This was the first TV death I ever cried at
Clarissa didn't suspect anything
Until Jax says...
"I'm sorry"
Its like what Stein said back in Legends S1 he would risk his life just to save Jax's life and if Jax dies he would be the one to tell his mom that he will never see his son again but Stein was the one who died and Jax was the one who told his wife and daughter

when stein died i couldn't stop crying 😭 and believe me i was trying but the scene was too emotional
Why am I watching this over and over. Rip Stien
I cried at this part and the funeral! 😢😭😭.
Stein was an awesome man. He didn't die a hero. He died a legend.
Martin Stein died not a hero, But a legend.
RIP Stein. He was such a good character with a great personality. I cried so hard when he died.
He was like a father for the legends
Sara once said when the Legends were discussing if Marty should be captain in the beggining of season 2
"We could use some adult supervision"
Rest in peace professor Martin Stein you will always be part of the arrowverse God bless you
Most heart breaking moment in the arrowverse...
Laurels death is sad, but this is the saddest
Gone but never forgotten, through the heroes of Arrowverse, Professor Stein lives on.
Clarissa is crying because she thought Jefferson said sorry for leaving before she made the tea for him 30 years ago.
ShadeKill lmao
Lmfao
I'm literally sobbing
I didn't cry at all but it was still sad.
Steins death made me fucking bawl so hard
Sara, bring him to the lazarus pit ASAP! :’(
I honestly can't imagine Marty with the effects of the Lazarus Pit
Whoever cutting onions right now please stop. My eyes are red
I do not cry....................😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
When Stein died, not only did I cry, my mum did too. She has never openly cried like that before... It was really... Hard to see..
I miss them
Why did I come back here and watch this just to shit on my good mood? 1:02 is where my day went from good to oh god Ray's crying I'm gonna cry too.
R.I.P Ronnie Raymon and Professor Martin Stein/FireStorm legend
The Legends scene was the one that impacted me the most.
saddest moment in the arrowverse for me :( also with the death of H.R wells T.T
The feels are real man when I first watched this I couldn't hold it in man 😭😭😭😭
The only arrowverse death to make me cry
As someone who has found a friend deceased and have had to tell the family, this hits deep
Saddest death in the Arrowverse
Omg I never cry for these deaths but I don’t think I knew how attached I was to him. When he had to tell Clarissa I started ugly crying 😭
When Clarissa starts crying I just break. It’s so sad
The moment Jax said I'm sorry. I burst out crying. Held it in but couldn't 😢
Steins family killed it with there acting my god so good
I like the fact in the comments people are talking about Caitlyn being hot but this is about a true hero professor Stein is. Rest in peace
The most heart-breaking death in the DCTVU!
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
A part of me died when i saw this during the crossover. #RIPStein
Out of all the sad moments in the Arrowverse, this is the only one that actually makes me tear up.
Can someone please tell me that seeing Ray`s reaction made you cry even more :(
I know Carter died, but he did and got reincarnated again
may not be the best time...but I love the relationship between Cisco and Caitlin
This hit me harder than Barry’s dad death
Not ashamed to say I cried when he died! 😭
Jefferson telling Clarissa will always have me sobbing
I saw this scene and I was about to cry he is not a hero he is a legend superhero a scientist
I cried the entire episode. And every time I watch a video of stein I cry.😥😥😥😥😖😖😖😭😭😭😭😭😭 R.I.P we miss you
