All of these are so true! Once I watched this video and started doing these things, I became a much more consistent, and advanced player. Thank you JustDisc!
Thank you for the video. I have played now maybe 5 yrs on and off and now that I have started to really practice the throwing and all constantly I find my body aching which it has not done so thank you for these tips. I am definetely going to include these into my round / practise routine.
We’ve never seen that video, but after looking it up (great video), we see how you might think that. Still many differences between routines + this is our own take on the matter. Just because there exists already videos on a specific topic online, doesn’t mean other people can’t take a stab at informing the public in their own way. 👍
Thanks for the warm up tips. I always try to do stretches and warm ups before going to the course. I'll have to add these to my warm up routine.
It certainly does the trick 👍 We’ve been using these 8 moves every since!
Hell yeah. I've been trying to play a couple holes before the official round or doing a putter or midrange only jog of the front 9.
Good tips. Im coming off of an sc joint sprain.
Thanks! 🙌 We hope you heal up soon 👍

Anytime! Ever since this video I’ve been using these stretches before every round 😎
Thank you.
Pulled an a$$ muscle on the course today!
That’s a new one! Lol. Feeling better yet?
@@JustDisc Slowly. Beware tee pads that look like sine curves.
@@williampeters534 Yeah proper maintained teepads is usually what most courses lack unfrotunately :P Hope you get better soon!
Just got off a back injury playing disc golf, but after doing these, I haven’t felt any pain in my back, or anywhere else!
Lol just the video I was looking for
Glad you found it! 🙌
The older I get, the more important stretching is before a round.
Not important, essential lol
I just throw every single disc that I own on hole 1
Always a good idea to throw some disc, but this is meant to do before you start throwing 👍
Nah Imma just gonna yeet that first throw
So basically, the Disc Golf Strong warm-up.
