Katli Banane ke liye ingredients -
Kaju / Cashewnuts - 250g (tukre kaju use kjiye, powder banane me easy rahta h)
Milk Powder / Doodh ka powder - 40g (15% of Cashew)
Sugar / Shakkar / Cheeni - 200g (80% of Cashew)
Water / Pani - 100ml
Ghee - 1 tsp
Silver Warq - 7-8 leaves (optional)

I made kaju katli yesterday for rakhi. It was awesome. I didn’t have butter paper or thick plastic. I used zip lock bag for kneading and rolling kaju dough. Thanks 🙏🏻

Saw it in the morning on facebook feed. Got inspired. I have very less cooking experience, but I have found that if I follow the recipe word to word, it turns out to be good. So, bought all the things needed for the recipe and started at around 1pm in the afternoon with grinding the cashews. By 4pm, I had the mixture cooled and ready to be cut. Perfect rhombus shapes, soft from the inside with required hardness to hold it together on the outside...It tastes FANTASTIC!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this recipe! If you have been able to make a 26 year old, lazy guy with almost zero cooking exp, pull up his sleeves and make something awesome that actually tastes like the professional Halwai grade mithai, then you sir, are a LEGEND!

Kaju katli has always been our family's favourite... And I and my mumma always wanted to learn kaju katli.... And humko lagta tha ki ye bahut difficult hai banana... But aapka video dekhne ke baad banaya aur first time 250 gms ka hi banaya aur fir aaj 1kg ka banaya and I honestly say that itni superb bani ki sab khush ho gaye and 250 gms waali toh 2 dinn me khatam bhi ho gayi... I wish I could add a pic of the katli we made here but not possible ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thanks a lot for the wonderful video and presentation. We were successful in making Kaju Katli .....and this is very liked by my family. The only issue i faced was that the sugar syrup seemed less (my dove was hard) and i had to prepare a new sugar syrup to make it soft.....but this made the kaju katli sweeter.
I think that the we boiled the sugar syrup too much initially (looking for the 'do taar' in the sugar).....hence it's volume was reduced. I feel next time we can try and improve.
Made it yesterday. Is simply fantastic.. Thanks for this very easy and crisp recipe. We can keep it outside or should refrigerate it?
