    We see that Blake has worked very hard and effectively on the position of his elbow, right to left (with closed racketface like James) and he devellopped a really big serve. Great !

    In the video the coach states that he would first work on the continued rotation of the hitting arm after contact aka strings pointing to the right just after contact. This is largely the result of the player, swinging their tossing arm down to the left as the coach mentioned. So I personally would avoid working on the hitting arm rotation first and instead work on what you all like to call the power X. Then the player can much more naturally have long axis rotation. Great stuff, it’s not often I disagree with anything on this channel.

    One thing you don't mention is a live arm. It really helps your power if you have one
