The baby/chicken question is a tough one if it's not in a vacuum! My answer would have to be "as many chickens as it takes to not have it look like I'm legally responsible for the death of an infant." My moral answer is, "How do I stop the madman who is trying to get me to kill chickens and/or a baby?"
