- Dardenne Prairie is kind of a smaller part of Saint Charles County and has that small town feel. It's also one of the newer cities in the Saint Charles County area. It's not as well known as some of the really big areas like O'Fallon and Wentzville. If you like low taxes, Dardenne Prairie has the lowest real estate taxes in all of St. Charles County. Even though this is a small town, Dardenne Prairie has a lot of really cool amenities and some gorgeous master-planned neighborhoods.

FYI - Dardenne Prairie no longer requires inspections for change of ownership, only for rentals.

Sure can - come on out! There are a couple spots where you can cast from elevated concrete platforms but most people walk down to the edge through the grasses.
