Cadets are transformed from civilian life to disciplined and strict life of Indian Air Force during their initial days at Air Force Academy. They are taught table manners and behavioural etiquette. Cadets are expected to keep their room clean and organised. And they have to put the lights off and sleep by 10:00 pm

i have been using spoon & fork 7 yrs....and still to this day, i am using it.

Everyday while going to work, I witness these guys training of flight skills, they used to fly training aircrafts over an area of 20 km^2 around Dundigal, Gandimaisamma, Gowdavali etc in the outer Hyderabad, surrounding ORR. Seeing them flying, it makes my head held high in the proud. I wanted to become a pilot at sometimes of my life, but unfortunately was unable to fulfill my aspirations. Seeing them flying really gives me goosebumps.
After watching birthday celebration. I accepted that my bestie's will never be in airforce 😂😂😂

Well I think you're somewhere right beacuse I heard about these all by my college faculty beacuse he served in IAF 40 years.
That's the responsibility of the defence minister
Hal is not under Air force.
HAL is a govt PSU. The airforce has nothing to do with HAL except for providing them about their requirements of their arsenal which of course the HAL fails to achieve thanks to its corrupt nepotism and reservation of positions that effectively shunts out people with talent.

Why always about flying officer why not about ground duty
manzilkumar mandal in academy ground offier also join as a flying officer... flying officer is not a trade it's a designation or as in defense they say "rank"..
Vikash Pratyaksh what he wanted to say that they show only about sorties or pilot stuff. They must show other part of the story which is not as exciting as becoming a pilot.
ground duty is not important for AF or for media..
